The time between deorbiting and impact would only be a few minutes, and depending on the orbits and positions in the orbits, the system would have a world-wide range.[citation needed] There is no requirement to deploy missiles, aircraft or other vehicles. Although the SALT II (1979) prohibited the deployment of orbital weapons of mass destruction, it did not prohibit the deployment of conventional weapons. The system is prohibited by neither the Outer Space Treaty nor the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty.[4][6]

The idea is that the weapon would inflict damage because it moves at orbital velocities, at least 9 kilometers per second. Smaller weapons can deliver measured amounts of energy as small as a 225 kg conventional bomb.[citation needed] Some systems are quoted as having the yield of a small tactical nuclear bomb.[5] These designs are envisioned as a bunker buster.[4][7]

So, my missiles are useless, and you can strike with impunity. This is precisely why Minsk went to shit so quickly.

Well Canada has not even 100.000 men in their army right now, so I still think it's a bit high, but the Op shall decide.

They would obviously train many more soldiers if global war was imminent. And it is.

I just noticed they seem to be okay anyways (from percentage)
It just seemed to be high compared to their military now

And the DRC isn't a strange choice?
Slavery was officially abolished in the Confederates States in 1881
My nation does not represent my real life beliefs.

Factbook and Weebly
http://www.nationstates.net/nation=confederate_states_0f_america/detail=factbook/dcategory=1
http://confederatestatesofamerica.weebly.com/
Weebly is mostly deadlinks. Slowly working on it.

Factbook is still under construction and is incomplete. If you have any questions or suggestions feel free to TG me

I was roleplaying the DRC, in a 2016 roleplay, on Facebook Nations but that roleplayed died. FN is slowly dying, so I came over here. Hate to say it, but I like NS better.

It has a lot to due with Nations only having less than 100 active members and our mods are unable to contact the original developer, that has the codes.

One big feature I like is the post history. On Nations we had no way to find old posts, unless you wanted to go through pages and pages of topics. Also the character limit was annoying.
