That's exclusively for attacking. And before you ask, it's also exclusively for attacking one enemy with a melee weapon.

I've also edited the transformation table to make it prettier/more organized as well as adding in Scruffy's permanent bonuses in italics at the top and highlighting the current form in bold.

Yes. However, you don't really need to worry about that, as she has regeneration. You'd better help her by searching for an antidote to remove the poison and paralysis, especially since curing the poison would allow her regeneration to work at full-power as it's currently being hampered.
