They call themselves by many different names in their many different languages, but the rest of the races populary know them as deep-dwallers or just deepers. They're a strange race, who many rumor the ancient giants forged on rock and steel and imbued with life to be their slaves. The average height is 2,20 meters and they use to be very burly. Be cause of that and their grey skin (some are more pale, almost white; and some darker, almsot black; though) they look like living stone statues. In fact, they are made with some strange stone-flesh that, though not as strong as rock itself, is stornger than common human flesh. They're bones are also more resistant than humans'. They have no hair nor nails, but use to wear armors or some kind of clothes so the rest of the people does not actually realize their baldness. The deepers' eyes are like cristal, with metalic colors such as silver, gold and even some of them have onyx eyes.
They don't ride horses, as their weight is too much, but instead use other ways of transportation. Usually walking is well for them, as they are not so much affected by cold, heat or tiredness. In some places there are animals they can ride, much stornger than common horses.
When not armoured, most of them wear some adornment such as common skin clothes or even some clothes made with wood and leafs and other forestry materials.
There is not a unified kingdom of the deepers, but instead, from the north they born in, they expanded, colonizing the south, so now there is a lot of lesser states, fortresses built under mountains, abandoned mountain-frotress colonies, and some large kingdom in mountain chains. There are even some communities cohabiting with the rest of the races. Some of their branches have abandoned under-mountain life and built similar fortresses in canyons, deep valleys and large geographical accident like waterfalls. These last groups have developed some fluvial commercial navigation.
What do you think? I know I don't write very well and could sound repetitive... Anyway, even if you don't accept, I would still be applying for this RP.
Hmm...I'm not sure. I'll give your idea a few more looks over the day before I give a ruling.
