I'm following this, of course.

....It's kind of stupidly hard to find a good picture of an anime girl with armor, that's not, like, half naked or something.

IIRC, there is a group on deviantart which is entirely focused on female warriors with practical but still quite feminine armors. In the sense that e armors actually cover mcuh of the body, but they look like armored skirts.
And yeah, puffy shoulders. Gotta love them.

@Terintania: The religion stuff is fine, worship of the God-Knight is simply the most widely spread one. And the app is fine as far as I can see.

Also, it looks like I saved eveyone quite a bit of time that would have been spent searching for emblems, :P.

So, I finally had a nice character and order concept surface in my mind.
It involves plenty of Gratuitous German, Teutonic Knights allegory, Norse Mythology, and references to the Helghast.

If you know what the Helghast are, you already have part of the backstory of the order of my character.
Who is a squire girl.
So, if anyone wants a Space German as a Squire, just ask me.

I just know they appear in Killzone, a franchise I've never played.

And if nobody wants her, she can act as Arcadius' squire. Even though I doubt he'd have much use for her. :P.

Woo for 4 hours of sleep then waking up!

I'll probably go back to sleep in a bit if I don't keep getting distracted....and if I can sleep. One reason why I went to sleep earlier was because I was just staring and my brain felt like it totally just shut off.

Also, I think my character will be a part of one of the other Orders that are already made by the players, because I totally have no ideas for an order.

@Zarkenis. I need to play the Killzone series.

Yes, if you lack the creativity for making a whole new order for your character to be based on, borrowing someone else's is a good idea. Just make sure to ask first. You can use either of mine, by the way, but do make sure to adapt your bio accordingly if you use the Order of the Void. :P.

And I've never played them, probably never will. I prefer to mess around in my computer, :P.

Name: Kolémeyn Aspirlacial
Age: 317
Gender: Male
Appearance: Tall, aquiline figure, whip-thin and fit. Steel-grey hair and irises so light as to seem nearly white, in contrast to his tanned skin from the reflective snow of his home. His nose is bent crookedly left and his left cheekbone bears a pale scar from an encounter in his childhood. Reedy, high-pitched voice most of the time- when it drops low it signals his wrath is near.
His sword, Nulínistel, or "Pall of Despair, fits well with his surname, "Glacial Mist". His armor is pure white with deep purple markings of his Order, the Teeth of Winter, inscribed on the left of the chestpiece and on each shoulder, as well as the back.
Class: Magus Ensis (70/30 towards sword)
Personality: More than a little psychotic, Kolémeyn is rather unstable in his emotions, prone to violent fits of rage or strange, calm moments. His capacity for brutality is in many cases unrivaled, and he is rumored to have once destroyed most of an Order through a brilliant, terrible plan. He takes great pleasure not in pain- which he himself abhors- but in confusion and chaos, forces he fancies himself to serve. Cold, regal, and cares little for anyone other than himself.
Skills/Knowledge: Tactics and Strategic Planning, Camouflage, Physics and Chemistry, Psychology, Negative Thermohydromathurgy
Strengths: Brilliant, fantastic endurance, resistance to cold, great knowledge of science, obsessively determined, creative
Weaknesses: Untrusting, suspicious, prone to gaps in judgement while raging, unstable temperament, cruel character

Not to mention it's actually a bit more effective this way. Your fists still have a rather silly reach but they won't be stopped by forcefields, just armor, :P.

Enjoy my long as fuck app.

Name:Heinrike Frauke von Zuckerberg (she is referred to as Heike, colloquially, and Heinrike formally.)
Age:82 (which is a teen, for current standards)
Gender:Female
Appearance:
Image

Class:Knight (she's still a squire)
Personality:A caring and gentle girl, Heike is quite extroverted and energetic, counterparting to her guardian's Arcadus serious and introvert behaviour. Kind to incredible levels, she tries to help Arcadus and everyone in need, pushing her abilites to the max. She looks up to Arcadus as a teacher figure, affectionately referring to him as "Herr Arcadus".

While it may not seem, she is actually quite brave, especially when close friends or loved ones are in danger, especially Arcadus and Kyle, her pet Kerberosian Sheperd Heike hopes to eventually become a full-fledged Knight like Arcadus, to better serve her Order and those in need.

While fundamentally a calm girl, her anger fits can sometimes be quite big, even if they are quite rare. They usually tend to happen when someone taunts her of supposed romantic feelings towards other people, these 'people' usually being Arcadus. These taunts are the main reason her armor-piercing slaps are galaxy-renowned.

Heike occasionally lapses back in the language of the Order of Kerberos during tense moments, or when she can't find the correct word for something.
Skills/Knowledge:Other than the basic skills of a Knight-To-Be, like combat and Pegasus riding, Heike is a cook. Not as good as Arcadus, but with the knowledge of several sausage and chicken based Kerberosian recipes, some of which use particularly rare hot sauces she usually brings around in a satchel. While she don't bring it up much times, she once took lessons in ballet before becoming a squire, one of the reasons for her high acrobatic potential.
Her slaps are armor-piercing.
Strenghts: Fast and agile. Her dexterity is envyable, along with her good knowledge of the history and culture of the Order of Kerberos, other than its language (Kerbesprache). She is also quite a fair maiden, a compliment which usually causes her to blush in an absurd manner.
Weaknesses: Heike has never been quite strong, and is totally incapable of lifting heavier objects. She has a poor understanding of magic and how to contrast it, due to her purely Knight upbringing. Due to her low age, she is somewhat inexperienced and not as durable as seasoned knights.
Bio:Heike's family is one of the most well known families of Kerberos' "lesser" nobility. The reason why is quite peculiar, but one can say that the von Zuckerbergs never had much an impact on the Order. Heike's father, a retired squire, never did. And never did Heike's grandfather and great grandfather, which both were squires. To put it shortly, it had been quite some time since the day a von Zuckenberg had been knighted. Maybe it was due to general incompetence of the family, maybe just because they weren't interested enough in continuing the knightly career. Due to this thing, the von Zuckenberg family name became some sort of joke for the upper nobles of the Order of Kerberos, frequently being brought up to represent utter mediocrity. The fact that the von Zuckenbergs happened to be owners of a sugar manufacturing factory didn't help.

The von Zuckenbergs themselves, starting from Heike's parents, had totally given up any hope of progressing further. They had already planned to have their only child, Heike, grow up away from the thoughts of joining the Order. They tried everything. Heike had to participate in cooking courses, ballet lessons and plenty of other supposedly homely activities, instead of sparring with some master of arms in the Order's headquarters.

That said, one fateful birthday, Heike revealed to all the family that, yes, she wanted to become a knight. Despair overcame her parents, which genuinely didn't want their daughter to fail at becoming a knight and get humiliated like her father and other ancestors did. Still, Heike was stubborn, and they had to give in to her dreams.

While she was continuosly targeted by the pranks her fellow squires and getting picked on for her family's less-than-spectacular legacy, Heike made quite a name there in the training grounds. She had easily bested most of the cadet squires, and after getting some attention by the higher authorities of her order, she was promoted to a full-time squire.

The old knight she was supposed to serve in duty however died of old age only a few days after Heike's promotion. Which quickly made her a knight-less squire, the worst thing that can happen to a squire. That's it, up until one day, when a knight of the Phantom Blade came to Kerberos in a diplomatic mission. Arcadus.

The news that such an important, squire-less knight had just visited the Order's court made Heike enthusiast. She proceeded to follow Arcadus everywhere he went during his stay in the Cathedral, trying to make him understand that he needed a squire to be a perfect knight, and that she was the top squire in the Order of Kerberos, and that she cooked well, too. After some time, Arcadus finally gave in to her urgent requests. No one knows if it was out of mercy, or because he was tired of Heike's pestering but couldn't say no to her, or if he had been genuinely convinced in taking her as squire.

They had quite a few adventures together, a couple of them resulting in Arcadus having to save Heike from whatever band of rabid deserters or swarm of giant cave spiders had took her prisoner. It is in one of these adventures that the two encountered a strong but loveable German Sheperd. Arcadus couldn't again refuse Heike's requests to take the dog home with them, and he had to welcome another companion to their happy group: Kyle the dog.

Equipment:
Sword: Griffsicherheit, Griff for short, which means... "sure grip". Saber-shaped, Griff consists of a tubular black hilt with varying red and golden squares decorating the middle of it in a checker motive. The energy blade emitted by the sword is red, in an attempt to emulate Arcadus' own sword.

Armor: Heike's armor has no particular name. It is in fact a slightly modified version of the regular uniform of squire trainees of the Order of Kerberos. For her, it basically consists in a black catsuit covered of armour plates of the same colour, other than boot-like sabatons for her feet, shoulder pads and her peculiar helmet. The armor has the symbol of the Kerberos Order decorating one of its shoulders and the front of the helmet. Heike's justifies this quite utilitarian armor by saying that "she isn't a knight yet."
It is deployed by a small backpack Heike usually carries on her casual clothes.

Pegasus: Heinke's Pegasus isn't actually much of a Pegasus. It is barely capable of moving alone. It's...an hover sidecar to Arcadus' hoverbike, painted in the same way as Arcadus' bike and holding seats for Heinke and Kyle. It has a rocket engine on the tail, to provide a boost to the hoverbike.
Additional Information:
The Order of Kerberos

A peculiar order known for its particular culture and emphasis on the martial aspect of a Knight's upbringing, Kerberos' roots are in the defunt Almanian Order, of which it shares the motto "Helfen, Wehren, Heilen" (Help, Defend, Heal). The ancient Almanian Order had suffered a terrible defeats at the hands of an enemy Order, which had invaded their main Cathedral, Almania, and militarily occupied the other Cathedrals of the Almanians.

When the invaders started to summarily exterminate the Almanians and the people subjected to their rule on the basis of "cleansing the Cathedrals of possible dissidents", a few groups of survivors managed to survive this onslaught, starting an exodus to found another Cathedral where they wouldn't have been killed due to their allegiance and origins.

However, the Chariots used by the Almanians didn't have much fuel left, and the most populated group of survivors were then forced to settle in a volcanic and unwelcoming planet. Some Almanian explorers years before had naively called this deadly planet "Hölle", which in their tongue meant Hell. Little did they know that it would have been their new home.

The Almanians renamed their new Cathedral to Kerberos, inspired by the sight of three sister volcanoes they had seen during their arrival on the planet, something akin to a three-headed monster bathing the world in flames.
The Almanians themselves were bathed in flames by Kerberos, metaphorically. Their will and their bodies had to adapt themselves to the harsh realities of Kerberos. From the simple and sleepy people that inhabited the fertile planes of Almania, they became the rude and hard-working miners of Kerberos. In fact, the planet still offered plenty of hidden minerals in its soil, generating an incredible industrial and economical growth of the newly born Kerberosians.

Such changes affected their Knights, too, and drastically. Their once shining armours were blackened by the costant output of ash and coal made by the volcanoes of Kerberos. In their doctrine, a cynic sense of self-survival and of revenge against the enemy Order who had tried to exterminate them. With Kerberos' economical and industrial power growing to incredible levels, so grew their hate towards their ancient enemies.

It was under the rule of Hochmeister Hister that the event known as the "Ride of the Valkyries" happened. A massive planetary invasion of Almania by Kerberos' Knights, aided by the newly developed type of Pegasi known as the Walküre (Valkyrie). The Order of Kerberos unsleashed all of its firepower on the enemy-held planet, discharging their rage in the form of a deadly storm of heat beams. While their rage was satiated by that, they soon were horrified by the results of their own actions.

Driven by the desire of revenge, the Order had rendered Almania something much alike to Kerberos, its green pastures giving way to wicked, burnt dunes of ash. The entire Cathedral had been totally compromised, billions of people had died, the name of the Order of Almania/Kerberos forever tainted by such an act.
It is told that, after seeing reports of what had happened to Almania after the Ride, Hochmeister Hister had suddenly collapsed on his knees, muttering few unintelligible words of sorrow at the sight of the destroyed homeworld, before dying of heartbreak.

It was then that the Order wondered what they had become. They destroyed all existing models of the Valkyrie Pegasi, to prevent others from using them in an harmful way. The Order quickly paid incredible sums to the ancient invaders of Almania and provided economical and military support to them and the nearby Orders, in an effort to atone of their sins. The Ride of The Valkyries became the name of one of the worst tragedies in the galaxy, a black spot that would forever taint the sons of Almania.

It has been centuries from that happening. Currently, the Order of Kerberos is a quite sizable military power, having since pacifically expanded to other Cathedrals and explored other systems in search of fertile planets. Now basing all of their culture and doctrines on trying to atone their greatest sin, the Knigths of Kerberos are known for their pitch black armours, representing the taint that has been with them for centuries. The visors of the most important knight's helms usually emit a red light, the Tear of Blood, representing their grief for causing the Ride of The Valkyries, derogatively called by some hostile Orders "The Cry of the Crocodile".

Ruled by the sage and temperate Hoichmeister (Grandmaster) Heinkel and by the High Council of Kerberos, a council composed of the most old Knights of Kerberos, the Order is slowly gaining back his ancient prestige, thanks to their continous humanitarian operations and for their safeguard of weaker Orders and Cathedrals.

The symbol of the Order of Kerberos represents their Three Priorities, the same of the ancient Alemanian Order: "Help, Defend, Heal"
