"Well....I'm glad you said this. I treated you before like what my father would to someone he made a deal with. As of late then, the relationship has blossomed and I've fallen into love with you. If you felt pressured, I understand. But I'm glad to know that you don't resent me for it...do you?"

"Not at all. In fact, I enjoyed it when you came after me the day after. I'm grateful."

Torii got up and jumped in the bed, putting on some of Katya's jazz music. About that time, Katya came in.

"Don't mind me. I'm going' to bed in one of the back rooms. It has a small bedroom.", she said as she passed them, disappearing for the night.

"I'll have to talk with your sister on us letting her into her bed tomorrow." Lidev said, watching Katya leave.

" That's us alright. Though all of that showing off is more symbolic than it is an act of nationalism, though it does help with it."

"Well then, maybe I can help."

"I hope so." Naomi rubbed her temples. "I've got to tell her he's on the way, and I've got to find a way from stopping him from taking the singularity, and I don't even know where to start."

Monique pressed the button and turned, stunned by the lobster. "Go get 'em, Fortu!"

" Great. Oh and uh, hate to sound old and forgetful but, what is singularity?"

"Hmmm, it's not really a ritual more of a map. Oh, oh my gods this is complex. Lets start with something simpler."

[Torsiedelle]

"Not at all. In fact, I enjoyed it when you came after me the day after. I'm grateful."

Torii got up and jumped in the bed, putting on some of Katya's jazz music. About that time, Katya came in.

"Actually, this is my bed. We usually sleep together when nobody else is around."

"Oh, well at least it's nice to know that I haven't been desecrating someone entire else's bed." Lidev giggled.

"How 'bout we desecrate it some more, eh?", Torii said, unbuttoning her shirt.

Monique pressed the button and turned, stunned by the lobster. "Go get 'em, Fortu!"

Fortu let go of the door and ran to the elevator. The lobster charged through the wall and attacked tha Antibodies. "That should buy us some time." Fortu said as the elevator door opened.

These relics, when brought together and the ritual performed, allow the five who posses them to be blessed or cursed with: power, knowledge, immortality, insanity or death"

Naomi crinkled her nose at him. "Actually, it took me a moment to remember what he was talking about. I forgot it was even down there." She frowned at the letter again. "He's the plotting brother. It's all conspiracies and twisted manipulation. He couldn't take it without authority, and I'm able to babble here... but she ticked off the brothers by speaking heresy, and they caught her unawares last week and severed her from her matrix before realizing her words carried truth. Tze is either trying to flush her like quail or... he's serious, doesn't think she has a chance, and is coming to take away that power source before the others can."

Monique pulled Fortu into the elevator and hammered on the button to close the door. "Fortu, if that's your final idea for your lobster, I can't wait until we get the real one operational," she said, a note of fierce pride in her voice.

"Kill a god? We could. He's the god of change, and of fate and hope, but he's still a chaos god. If he's tied up in actually wanting the singularity, it's one less we have to deal with. If he's trying to flush her, he's acting on someone else's behalf. He's not exactly a hands-on sort of guy. Stop them... no. Outmaneuver them, yes. But it's best if we just kept a few steps ahead of them."

"So now you're all about sis, eh?", Torii said, moving down Lidev's body.

"I'm sure she won't mind. She hasn't said anything about it."

Torii popped up, hugging onto Lidev. She was breathing normally, though she seemed to light-headed.

"I learned it from you.", she said, yawning and rubbing her eyes.

"I learned it from you.", she said, yawning and rubbing her eyes.

"You learned well. Can't wait for a honeymoon." Lidev hugged her back, panting a bit harder than last time.

"We can have our honeymoon in the future.....I'm tired now, so let's sleep, okay?", Torii said, curling up closer.
