Czech has no use for aircraft carrier, however small arms would be a great buy for us

Well they would take 20 years to make and when they finished they wouldn't be that great. Brazil has neither the infrastructure or experience to construct aircraft carriers.

No, small arms as in rifles, pistols, etc. Not just pistols

EDIT: Also I was thinking of getting in better touch with Russia and begin strengthening trade with them, good? Bad? Opinions?

Yeah, I was thinking of just siding with you, but I think I'll do something like this:
US for drones and advanced computer technology
US for better training tactics
Russia for general weapons and equipment
...Germany/Brazil for aircraft? (This would be a later goal)

I see, Russia can always sell you MiGs though.

Heckler and Koch produces all the firearms for the German army, the GC36, the MPK5 etc. It is by no means a purely pistol company (Koch not Glock) likewise you also have SiG Sauer. And buying from the Russian isn't a great way to keep your friends in the Eurozone happy eh? XD

Edit: Also why would you sell him him MiGs and not SUs?

A lot of EU countries buy Russian and it doesn't seem to be a problem.

Very good point; increasing trades with Russia wouldn't exactly be teh best of ideas considering my central location and the fact that someone had me occupied up until 1991...and wait what? I thought they were a pistol company! Lol, okay I'll contact the U.S. IC later :D

They've the capacity; the Rio shipyards were enlarged so that they could refit the Sao Paulo, so they'd be able to use them for construction as well. Correct about the experiance factor, though I don't really see how any carrier would be drasticly inferior to any other carrier, apart from electronics and aircraft compliment.

It would be good to have a few more players for the troublespots around the world, Africa, the Middle East and the like; just so we can get things rolling.

I plan to have Brazil produce generalized hardware. Yes, you can't deny that the American/Russian/European hardware is very good, but there are few and fewer countries that really can support it well.

Third world nations have supported Russian and Western tech for decades. Beating out the most established arms exporters when your own arms industry is practically non-existent will take an extremely long time.

Also, my Christmas Break has begun so :activity:.

I will attend to applications when I'm done with this movie.

There is a certain logic that you'll buy from the country that's making the hardware to fight insurgents in the jungle rather than from the country that's building to take out the other guys hardware in Europe.
