US for drones and advanced computer technology
US for better training tactics
Russia for general weapons and equipment

Heckler and Koch produces all the firearms for the German army, the GC36, the MPK5 etc. It is by no means a purely pistol company (Koch not Glock) likewise you also have SiG Sauer. And buying from the Russian isn't a great way to keep your friends in the Eurozone happy eh? XD

Very good point; increasing trades with Russia wouldn't exactly be teh best of ideas considering my central location and the fact that someone had me occupied up until 1991...and wait what? I thought they were a pistol company! Lol, okay I'll contact the U.S. IC later

Well they would take 20 years to make and when they finished they wouldn't be that great. Brazil has neither the infrastructure or experience to construct aircraft carriers.
