Is it possible for the Dark Elf's to have control of the Island and smaller island to the far right of the map? I think I'm the only one rping a Dark Elf character but if the humans start a massive rebellion and things start going really bad for the Elf's it could lead to a Dark Elf split from the rest of the Elf's.

Sure, just so you know, I'm also playing a dark elf of sorts. Just he's a dunmer.

The kingdom exists, but isn't officially recognized. I imagine that they're a fair number of both races in the area (remember the place is surrounded by an elven nation, and the unclaimed Ashlands). That being said, there are probably more humans.

It's the Dawn Legion, not some mercenary group. They'd have to be a pretty high-value target of the Dral'karan King for Voen et. al. to be sent after them..
