Biography:
Lilith rose to the throne at the age of 17 after her fathers sudden passing. She was named an Archon at the age of six when she demonstrated the proper transmutation of a substance through the nine stages of elementation. She is a superpower. She has an overwhelming hatred for all humans anyone who attempts to oppose her. She is completely ruthless and entirely unreasonable. Yet brilliant nonetheless. Her people love her and she is a fantastic leader. She is unmatched on any field of battle. She employs the top twelve assassins in the world and is currently training the daughter of Matriarch Kerezia.

Weapons:The enchanted sword of Indraugnir, wich is rumoured that it can pierce any armor (wich is incorrect, it pierces most armor), shield, 2 knives, slight skill in magic.
Armour (including worn items in general):Heavy Armor, chainmail, robe.
Biography:
Alraen was born in one of the noble families of Dral'karas. At the age of 12, his martial skill got noticed, and he got private lessons of one of the best Elven fighters the family could get him. He became more and more skilled with the sword, and, after 40 years of training, he became the best swordman in his family. He is fast, agile and boasts a great skill at managing to hit exactly were would be necessary. During his training, he had recieved some small lessons in magic. While he is by far not a skilled magician, he has used the small amount of relitavely easy spells to great effort, using them to gain the upper hand in a battle. He has always viewed the human race as inferior. They are smaller, les agile, less skilled, live a lot shorter and still think they should be viewed in the same regards as Elves, perhaps even higher.

Alraen has been send to eliminate any human resistance. These orders do not come from some minor authority, no, they come from the High Court itself. He is fanatic in his job: he has already burned down scores of villages. He travels not alone, but with his own following of several soldiers from the family's Royal Guard.

I recommend that our empress start here. My chars heading out there too. The New Town burrough is like Las Vegas for elves (the other Burroughs are like Istanbul). Be wary though, the Dunmer won't hesitate to use lethal force if you piss them off. Naturally meeting one of your loyal Archon's retainer (assassin) who is of both Dunmer and Imperial Elven blood would be helpful to say the least.

You probably have to get certified by a magical institution (think mages guild from oblivion). I'd imagine that the Empress would have to certify the title based on:

- Skill (not always)
- Social Standing - Lohkir may be king, but he murdered two (possibly favored) Archons - His father and his brother.
- Race - Sun elves and imperial elves are a shoe in.
- Land - It is entirely possible (lore wise) that Lohkirs family was paying a heavy membership fee to the Empress. This would help explain why the Hegemony was in such a weak state.
- The Person them self - Indviduals with particular drives, high determination/relentlessness and for lack of a better term: a 'cannibalistic' mentality, would not be considered kindly.

I have to say that a few of the things mentioned above are wrong. Lokhir did not kill his Father it was his His Two brothers who he killed, sibling rivalries and even killing each other I think is a common practice in Politics in this World. Being Certified by a Mage Guild is foolish considering Lokhir is already a powerful mage, he did grow up to be in a powerful family destined for politics and all that like any other Noble Family so he was trained and tutored by the best.

I'm not understanding how the Hegemony is in a Weak State? I don't remember posting anything that hinted at it being in a weak state, so if that's based from something I posted you have it wrong it's more like Lokhir wants a return to the old ways and not have the Hegemony be a puppet or be corrupted by outsiders.

It's actually pretty simple if the Empress doesn't want the Drow Hegemony and the Crux to go on a War Path against the Empire then some appeasement might be a smart ideal considering the fact that Humans are already giving the Empire a headache and internal problems could be the downfall of the Empire. I might just start a war or two for the sake of the role play not sure yet but something needs to happen to keep the role play moving.
