Incidentally, are we allowed to RP multiple characters?
Name: Ishtar Azitenos Mahwahlé
Age: Sixty-seven.
Gender: Male.
Race: Borean Takarian.
Appearance: Gray plumage, a black beak and near-black lower legs. (See bottom for detail.)
Weapons: A steel-and-silver compound Katzbalger, intended for use against Magi and assorted Thaumatical threats, and a 'Cursed Steel' cutlass. Often carries a (rifled) flintlock pistol of unclear origins.
Armour: Commodore Mahwahlé has a nasty tendency of wearing a cuirass and Adrian-style helmet made of the so-called 'Cursed Steel,' an alloy unique to Takarian metalworking which has magic-reflective properties. He also often sports gauntlets, and wears a well-maintained, dark grey Takarian Irregulars uniform. (Think something along the lines of a Napoleonic era uniform, with less shiny.)
Biography: Ishtar was a commoner, a Burgher of the distant Republic of Takaria; growing up in an environment where politics had been polarised by an almost eternal war against all things Sylvan and point-eared, the young Takarian rapidly learnt the core values of Takarian society; Liberty, Innovation, and brutal, unremitting murder.
As commander of the Velanyewan City's large police force, he had an impressive record of cleaning corruption off of the streets of the "gas-lamp lit" city; most notably of all, he managed to completely destroy the black magic market by, quite literally, exterminating all the Elves in the city.
His brutal tactics and extreme efficiency brought him to the notice of the Takarian Government, who with typical eagerness charged him with the establishment of a voluntary expeditionary force to destroy the Elven hegemony over the distant Kingdoms of Man.
Naming it the Irregulars' Regiment, Ishtar set about terrorising the Elven nations with mass murders, rape and pillaging of not only entire settlements but entire provinces, boiling aristocrats in their own excrement, and what can in the kindest of terms be called biological warfare. He is the right Takarian for the right job, and together with his eternally loyal (although increasingly depleted) army of Men, Takarians, Eímeans, and occasionally Orcs, he is determined to not only end Elven supremacy, but to subjugate the Elves as well.
RP sample:Dead one, but it shall have to do.
(Takarians are bird-folk; essentially, slightly shorter than humans, have feathers, beaks (usually in the shape of that of a parrot or hawk) and the lower half of their legs look different, to say the least. They are not stronger nor more magically adept than humans; in fact, the Takarians are notoriously unskilled at the conventional Arcane Arts, but they tend to live longer, and have a technological advantage provided by their increased intelligence. Takarians are also technically mammals; they do not lay eggs in the conventional sense.)
(Eímeans, mildly related to Takarians, look from a distance like angels with multicoloured wings, the key difference being that Eímeans also have a nasty tendency to have talons and long claws on their hands. They're also a lot less foul-tempered than angels; but then again, if you met a few angels you would probably know how little that means. They are long-living, fairly magically skilled, technologically somewhat less adept and universally savage.)
You can RP more than one character. Meanwhile, there's a few things I have to say:
Uh, your app's not really suitable for this RP, so it ain't gonna work.
Try something considerably different, and an accepted state might be reached. For now, that's most assuredly not happening.
And Firstaria, I suppose so.

May I ask what, exactly, you take issue with?
Not in a derogatory manner; I'd just like to know.

Race: Elf
Appearance: Dschinghis Khan (the main guy, I just couldn't resist)
Weapons: Silver Jeweled Khopesh (Canaanite) and an enchanted Bow.
Armour (including worn items in general): No armor, Silk Pants, with Leather shoes
Biography: Falmer is an Elf bandit, with honor (if that is to be had among bandits), he only takes what he needs and never robs the immensely poor. He is a wanted criminal in the Elf lands for robbing the Human and Elf Nobles.
He was raised in a poor family and so he took to the road at a young age.
The weapons he has he found in a mysterious cave, rumored to contain powerful demons.
RP sample(optional): The Underworld RP you have, getting ready to post there.
I know this isn't much of an app, I'm new to the idea of an Elf RP.

Inevitably. Because your characters are trigger-happy Americans, right?
Most likely possessing a rather unusually coloured neck. Mayhap a distinct shade of crimson, no?

Sometimes they are trigger happy Brits. Or Trigger Happy Poles. Or once I did a trigger happy Russian.
Let's just say a lot of Nazi's died.

Anyways, lets hope that the Khopesh doesn't become the main weapon of the Elves...

Armour: As pictured with the audition of a brown loose shirt and light Brest-plate
Bibliography: Jal'Kresh was born an orphan in the human slums of an unamed former elven superpower. As a dunmer he was constantly discriminated against, raped and beaten. At the ripe age of 10 he was thrown into a dungeon for existing. For the next five years he gained a new found respect for humans, and eventually broke out of prison. Brimming with five years of pent up rage, he slaughtered all of the guards that had mistreated him, and his human comrades. He then proceeded to assassinate the matriarch of a minor noble family. While searching around the estate, he found a torture chamber filled with rape victims. That night he snapped again, murdering the entire family and crucifying them. He has been working as a freelance assassin ever since, and has regained control of his emotions. His nick-name is Bloody Revenge.
OOC: TES for the win!

Accepted.
Yeah, I know TES, having another RP concerning that.
I think Seg might be unhappy about the fact that he/she is the only character on the Elven side. Versus Elves on the human side, and humans on the human side.
Just sayin' maybe someone should do something about that.
Just saying....
Edit: Better.

I never intended on Artanthos having a death wish. So yes, staying the fuck away would be a priority.
It's not even like I have an immortal sorcerer-emperor to throw around, here. Like that would help.
