How long does it take for 2 fully loaded naval ships to arrive at the Falklands from Oceania?

Well, a plane ride from Sydney to Santiago is about 7,098 miles. Which is about 12 hours on airplane... so on ship, it'd be quite awhile.

I'd say for a ship it would be about 2 weeks. Maybe a little less.

It's a transnational organization and even if Nigeria plays a large role in it, you can only speak for Nigeria.

Very well that is a fair point. From now on, I will not refer to ECOWAS, that is of course of other West African nations join the thread and participate in ECOWAS.

General Electric Turbofans(E-190), Honeywell Avionics(E-190), Pratt and Whitney Canada Turboprops(EMB 120),Collins Avionics(EMB-120) a good portion of that plane is foreign made and last time I checked, airplanes need engines and avionics to fly well and revese engineering things takes a while.
