If you want to build a new fighter it's your responsibility to do the research to see how long it would take.
And clearly based on you "6 months to production model" you didn't do that research but just made up a number that would get you the plane soon.

Given, it's not a perfect analogy since in your case your trying to develop a Gripen. But still it gives a good sense of scale for the development time it takes to develop a new fighter. Years.

How can you tell? I cannot find any evidence on as to the source of the avionics of any particular aircraft, I'm geninuely curious where you get that sort of info from.

And how many bombers are based out of French Guiana? Not many? This means they will have to come from a base farther from Brazil than Cayenne, so that means more time for radar to identify and destroy the bombers. Also, watch your French mate. Foul language, that is.
