I think it's just Mali (due to extremists in the north). Tho I could be wrong

Also USA would have no prob w Nigeria going after Boko Haram. Just keep it well paced and realistic.

Bah, trumped up charges at the least, and Del is sending me confusing messages over TG, nor is he able to actually ariticulate what issues he has with me. This leads to the awkward situation where I'm more than willing to address the problem, but his own "stubbornness" ironicaly is preventing this, sadly to the detriment of the RP as a whole. Worse still, the time invested by myself and others into the entertaining situation in South America will be wasted because Del assumed he could turn up, launch Tomahawks, and plant the American flag without something as base as doing decent reconnisance. After bertating me for impossible jet development times, it seems like an insult.

I'd wager that he's evidently buthurt because his attitude to me has bit him in the ass, and there is nothing I can do other than troll him for some petty measure of vengance, seeing as he refuses to listen to any appeals to the higher orders of his brain. But, of course, I might just do a little IC posting, because I'm so "stubborn".

It has been entertaining so far, just a pity that the OP takes a dislike to his own medicine that's ruined it. Hope this turns out to be entertaining in the end as well.

I am gonna assume that the Ogaden referendum resolution was passed by a majority and is now binding. I'm gonna RP the results of the referendum which will be obvious (i.e. reunification with the Somali Republic).
