Weapons: a pair of razor-sharp magic steel daggers. Declan is able to change their shape to disguise them.
Bio: Declan is the youngest of a long line of tricksters. His family lives in New England, and he grew up in Boston, Massachusetts. As a young child, he was always looking for trouble, and his parents quickly saw that he was a natural trickster. They trained him at a young age to use his powers, often remarking that Declan was particularly skilled in camouflage. Before long, however, his powers were noticed. Before long, the local vampire community was after him and his family, seeing any supernatural beings in the area as potential threats. Declan and his parents, however, tricked the vampires at every turn aggravating them to no end. The family moved several times before the vampires finally decided that it was just annoying to keep chasing them. As Declan grew more, his powers eventually advanced even further. Eventually, when he turned 18, he decided that he would travel and interact as much with the supernatural as he could. The more powerful the target, the more satisfying the trick.
