As well, it's kind of hard to conceal the transfer of a cruiser to Saudia Arabia even if you could get it in time to block my fleet which is a dat or so away from Jeddah. The only European nation that is actually on good terms with the Saudis is the East German Empire and apart from the Arab League and China, the Saudis have no allies. Britain, USA, Israel, USSR all against the Saudis. Is that not overpowered?

The purchasing and delivery is secret. After arrival, they will be repainted with Saudi military insignia, slightly modified and then used in battle.

I gave them some oil for free, sent diplomatic delegations 4 times, even added some socialist policies all to no avail. I even thought of giving them a military base in Saudi Arabia but I don't think they would have even wanted that. Surely they are against the US more than they are against a country like Saudi Arabia who hasn't done anything to sour relations.
