I think you put the Royal Navy's manpower rather than the number of ships. Clement Attlee was indeed Prime Minister. NZ, Canada, Australia, and South Africa were for all intents and purposes independent since 1931.

I was and I wont directly RP as any of my colonies, but they are still apart of the Empire if even in name only. i cant find the numbers for planes and ships, so i'll be doing some fudging
