I'm using my co-OP powers to say that continued attempts to provoke Yugoslavia will just fail, because the Yugoslavs are already very pissed off at the rest of the East Bloc for involving themselves in their affairs... so I don't think they'd really care what anybody has to say to them.

That and after the failure of the Chetniks, I'd say it's almost impossible to spark revolution in Yugoslavia.

Well fair enough I guess. This operation will only be for defensive purposes then and I'll direct my attention elsewhere for a while.

East Germany, the Eastern European immigrant thing is just a concern if some citizens, not the reason for the law. In fact, we'd prefer more educated Westerners who speak English, Dutch or Afrikaans because they can fill higher-earning positions. I'd respect it if you deleted that comment, since it's not actually got anything to do with the reasons for the policy. It's just a concern some people might have, like how many countries today don't want immigrants to drain their welfare systems.

Also, this is the Apartheid era. The 'no blacks' clause shouldn't come as a shock. At least I'm not establishing Bantustans, or using them for human experiments. Also, don't act holier-than-thou regarding racism. No country in the 60s was truly equal in terms of race, save for countries in which minorities made up only a fraction of people, so it wouldn't be an issue. The Soviet government stopped allowing student visas for African-Americans when they asked for more equal treatment from the Russian people and government. It's not like South Africa is the only racially divided county. Even the USA won't have finished its Civil Rights Movement (at least not fully, anyway).

Thankfully I have plans. Now I may not go with Spain. Indeed there are other places. Perhaps I'll follow in Vreds footsteps and attempt to restore Hohenzollern rule over Germany? Or I could go with Italy, stir up some Fascists there...lets see Croatias off the table unfortunately. Hmmm perhaps I could work out of Indonesia spreading terror which side though I'm not sure. As well there is Africa and Egypt. Or I can also use South America....and of course there's lovely Asia again indeed there are many,many choices.....

Since I am in need of some new people to antagonize, what say I join you? That is if you are on the right side of the Iron curtain (forgive me for not knowing about the current alignment of Egypt).

Joking of course. No though seriously need to think up Egypt's new course. Perhaps I'll have the intelligence commander General Hubakri seize power from Sadat for being to moderate. Anyways Egypt will remain friendly to the Republic of Jerusalem.

Well, this concern for Eastern immigrants is completely unjustified seeing as emmigration from the Eastern Bloc is severely limited and these do not head south to Africa but west to Europe and North America. While your reasoning is just, the concern of which you speak in relation to East-Bloc emmigrants is non-existant.

South Africa's concerns are first and foremost its own immediate borders where illegal immigration and (IRL) refugees spill-over from neighbouring conflicts; would be a real issue not immigration from the east bloc.

I shall remove the rascist descrimination portion of the comment but I will keep the immigration critic in place.
