I personally think Machtergreifung would be the better choice. South America is not a flash point atm and he has very decent posting length. I think he would make a great USA if he accepts

Personally speaking, Macht is the best for now. Because Brazil has little activities at the moment.

I support Macht too. I've basically come to the conclusion that Vehemia has pretty much quit (at least temporarily) because he last visited NS today.
