I sent you a response, is that not what you wanted?

Simply put, Britain (now inactive, I believe) should allow the UN to timetable the release of African nations and make full reviews of those already released. Attention will be brought to Somalia and the Ogaden region. Also, the Afrikaaner protesters will be recognised and commended, although not necessarily bowed to, due to their long-term peaceful protests.
Remember, the protesters are peaceful and have no official affiliation with the South African government. As far as other nations can be certain, they're pretty much comparable to African Gandhi and the Civil Rights movement (which is ongoing, so there's a heightened awareness of this kind of protest). I'd like to remind the US that, under a Kennedy administration, it likely commended the non-violent form of protest in America, and would be hypocritical not to do so in Africa, and the USSR would wish to see accelerated release of colonies, and even see an opportunity to spread some influence should it drum up UN support instead of gambling on countries ending up unstable (similarly, the US might see this chance too).
Brazil and Portugal have already voiced their support, and, although they have concerns, the ROC, PRC and Jerusalem agree with most of the theory behind it, as do a select number of other nations (that have players). All it really needs is UNSC approval.

There are for the most part no communists in Argentina that haven't been disposed of. At least from my standpoint.

I'm sure Brazil would be more than happy to propose a benefical economic and military treaty that helps out Argentina.

The 1839 London Accords say I HAVE to be neutral or I won't be supported by the UK and France.
