on the contrary, i am sending you bucket loads of arms and providing you with your bases of operation. I don't expect that you will completely fall into my sphere, since China has a bigger stake, but i will expect large sums of political capital for my investment. A military base or two would be greatly appreciated.

The Sovuets help China/PRC a lot my friend since there was never a Sino-Chinese split.
