I'm looking into the resources, and the ships as well. The data on the composition of Yugoslavia's military is fuzzy, most of my numbers are pretty arbitrary/guesswork. I can come up with some amounts after looking into their navy's composition post-war, if you want.

I'll just state it's in the process of restructuring/rearming, so its ships are all either scuttled, being repaired, not yet commissioned/completed, or otherwise unfit for service.

Well they had a really good airforce (thanks to Saab), an average navy consisting of a mix of cruisers and destroyers from the end of WWII and more modern destroyers and submarines. Their army had really good mobilization times, 100,000 men in a few hours, due to the threat of Soviet invasion.
