I could give you military access through Francia and Franciscan ports. They can't blockade the whole Mediterranean and even if they do stop your boats you can merely continue going on. You also have a fair claim to the mediterranean.

But u never had 8 million in the first place. Even China, myself ect. dont have 8 million and our populations are 2 or 3 times larger.

Also i prefer the name. U said u were imperialist, everyone says they are imperialist, more open to the world.
