No offense to the Mexican Emperor but Tilios doesn't drink or eat if someone tries to force him to. In matters like this Tilios wouldn't be getting drunk because that gives the outside World to get a bad image of the Republic or in this case the Mexican Empire.

Tilios doesn't feel the need to prove anything to anyone besides he honors his word but drinking the 89% alcohol would prove lack of common sense.

You said you drink 89% alcohol so i ask you to prove it. Can some EDUCATED person agree with me in saying that alcohol ITSELF is a poison. beer, wine, vodka etc. is simply diluted alcohol so it doesnt kill you. Like you cant take pure cocaine so its watered down

I would suggest we not arrest people at a diplomatic conference, for that very reason... While LIN may do that, the JAL has no need to lower itself to such levels.

That could spark a international dispute, make sure you handle it with care because I doudt Nova is going to let one of his ambassadors rot away in a Mexican Prison.

Forcibly throwing the Sultan out of the LIN conference? But I digress; Francia had something to discuss at the JAL meeting.

Well time to kick the ambassador out of the meeting seems he won't respect the emperor in his own palace

The Francia Representative can give his speech or state whatever he needs to say. Not sure if Tilios has anything else to say or do besides watch the peer pressure take place to get the Mexican Emperor to drink.

India, where did you get more than six dozen battleships? I understand that you have a strong army, but such a navy that just suddenly sprouted up is unrealistic.
