Personification Life - IC Part III

[The New Velociraptor Empire]

NVE and Gretta ran out of the jungle. They were armed to the teeth and each carried a small cooler.

"God damn, finally!" Mon shouted as she held the door. An unrelenting pounding came from the other side with screams of an accent beyond horrific. Samantha had fled the premises to hide from the Vampire User. Mon was doing her best while Lidev guarded the other door. Suddenly, the pounding stopped. Mon looked at the door behind her and waited. "....I've got a bad fee-" She was cut short when the User's hand punched a hole through the door and grabbed around Mon's face. Her other hand came through at a lower angle and grabbed her chest, until the door gave way and Mon flew backwards into the hut.

Gretta grabbed Mon and tried to get her away from the User. NVE meanwhile, opened the cooler and held out a blood pack. "Come and get it!" he called out.

[Monfrox]

Gretta grabbed Mon and tried to get her away from the User. NVE meanwhile, opened the cooler and held out a blood pack. "Come and get it!" he called out.

"TAKE YOUR FUCKING MEDICINE!" Mon shouted as the User tried to claw and bite her. Soon, she stopped and caught whiff of the blood pack. She slowly turned around and stood up to face NVE. Her cat eyes had red irises and glowed as she stepped toward him, her gaze shifting from him to the pack periodically.

"Mad science, he picks up knowledge and thinks about twelve times faster than a smart human. He found out how to slow the aging process, but it made him insane. He wasn't suppose to live this long. I chose this body so I wouldn't become insane like him. Don't get me wrong, I admire and look up to NVE, he's like an older brother to me." Fortu said.

"I think you made a wise choice in bodies. It's a shame they didn't make it raptor in build, even if it meant looking like NVE. He's brilliant. His section of the dossier is extensive," Monique said, falling back on the beach and burying her toes in the wet sand. "But it's also flagged with warnings about every other paragraph. Is there a way to stabilize him mentally without depriving him longevity?"

Gretta grabbed Mon and tried to get her away from the User. NVE meanwhile, opened the cooler and held out a blood pack. "Come and get it!" he called out.

"TAKE YOUR FUCKING MEDICINE!" Mon shouted as the User tried to claw and bite her. Soon, she stopped and caught whiff of the blood pack. She slowly turned around and stood up to face NVE. Her cat eyes had red irises and glowed as she stepped toward him, her gaze shifting from him to the pack periodically.

NVE unholstered a spotlight and aimed it at the User. Once he pulled the trigger, it would hit the user with the full force of simulated sunlight. He could also flick the dial and amplify it. "Now take the bait." NVE said and tossed the blood pack at the User.

Lidev seemed to be staring at her as she watched the User lick her fingers. Mon walked over to NVE and Gretta. "Thanks. If you didn't come along, shed probably sunk her teeth into me."

"He scares me at times too." Fortu said. and looked at the night sky with the moon. "Beautiful isn't it? You know, I've been to the Moon, built the car that took me there." he said.

And why does it taste like I just chomped on some iron?" She said. Lidev came up to her shoulder. "Follow me, child. I think I can explain." She said as she led her to the other room. Mon stared blankly at them as they passed. "Yyyyeeeep. It's going to be one of those nights." She said. Then she perked up a bit. "Have either of you two seen a girl with dark purple hair around? Kinda shy?" She asked, realizing that Samantha was now probably lost.

"You built a car and... went to the Moon?" She looked up at the sky. "Fortu, that would make you equally as brilliant as NVE. I suppose that makes sense, since you're his clone, but you only have the credit for the stock market work. Honestly, everything else is attributed to NVE in the notes I was given."

She rolled to her side and looked at him. "What else have you done?"

He turned and saw a girl running up the beach towards them.

Before that, I was in a hacking war with them that resulted in a stalemate. Created the a couple AIs that are being used by NASA and the Pentagon." Fortu said.

"Kidnapped by alien robots? Those would be the Drone Empire creatures? They're in the report as well. I guess you were more than just a head in a fridge. You had bigger ambitions that most, including other raptors. What do you want to do the rest of your life?"

Mon set out to find Samantha in the night, hoping that the search wouldn't exhaust her completely. She needed her strength, as tomorrow was another big day. However, Samantha was in no such mode, but instead was running from certain danger.

"Hey, purple hair girl," Naomi called out. She was sitting in the great room of the compound and looking at the beach on the main island when she spotted Samantha running.

Samantha skidded to a halt and looked up at the horizon. "W-who?" She asked as she held her hair to her scars again and looked for the origin of the voice.

Monique couldn't sleep. She sat up to keep watch in case anything horrid crawled out of the jungle.

"Hi there!" Naomi smiled. "It's not safe to go roaming the island at night. Are you lost? Do you need a safe place to stay?"

Samantha nodded shyly as she still clutched her hair.
