Yes it does. The big light blue area in China: those were the areas under KMT control, though at this point the Japanese had captured substantial chunks of that territory. You have stated that you control Hubei, which was completely landlocked and far from the ocean.

I said my homelands were in Hubei, but I have expanded. Maybe not far enough to reach the coast, but can I have some coast, just for RP purposes? I could give up some land somewhere else. Otherwise I'm trapped within an NPC.

No... I like where I am... I'm simply stating the truth that I ain't plot critical. Hell that's how I managed to not get kicked despite a long period of inactivity (That and apologizing profusely and providing a legitimate excuse in the form of midterms). With Ravinia being open, I might have more fun, I was planning on having a plot with them over Finland. In short... no I'd like to keep my place thank you.
