Compared to KMT which has: The air force is composed of a handful of planes donated by foreign powers, and the navy is next to nonexistent thanks to Japanese attacks on port cities.

And CPC who has no navy or air force, what do you have?

I have some obsolete planes, with some obsolete escorts (sloops) and a few battleships. Obsolete too, as well.

Barely any naval, but I am a fledgling air force. Like a little seed, which COUDL grow into a tree, but can't at the moment due to lack of reosurces, so it' lying there now, being a stupid little seed.

A couple. Mostly biplanes and other stuff like that, but I have an airfield, a hangar and a couple of engineers, pilots and planes.

Once again: can Brazil afford to sell any weapons to DPC? No, no they cannot. Brazil will need every last plane it can muster if the Colombians invade.

Also, to the DPC: you don't have a coastline. All Chinese ports are under KMT, Japanese, or European control. You might have river patrol boats, but you have no navy at all.

Wouldn't Brazil's air force be mainly foreign produced? Resale would drive up the prices, so European planes would be cheaper, more modern, more abundant, and more varied.

No, Old Dominion. First I posted about the numbers of planes Brazil has. Then the DPC asked me if I could gave him some.

I never have any intentions to sell the planes.
