[The balkens]

the 1940s..the world was at war and the IKE was in chaos, its nations constantly at war with eachother. the Imperial Republic of the balkens; lead by kaiser mikhail III, has been waging war on all of its borders except for its southern border with spatania.
the kaiser did not see spatania as a threat,but he was cautious, he had the southern military district go up on alert, hoping that this would discourage the spatanian emperor from declaring war on the powerful nation...

[Spatania]

Spatania's Response to The Balken's military action was swift. Emperor Micheal spent 700 billion of Spartas (round $1 trillion USD) on military modernization and build up. The Emperor spent 140 billion Spartas on new tanks some Shermans and Pershings purchased from the US and the rest on a new model tank the S-15 which is about the same price as a King Tiger but a tiny bit more powerful. The next 70 Billion Spartas on new weapons for the army. Around 210 Billion was spent on improving and growing the almost non-existent Air Force. The rest of the money was on things like artillery and auxiliary equipment to help the army perform better.
