I just had a realization. You couldn't "pinch blood vessels" as a bloodbender. Blood vessels are not made of blood. You could RUPTURE blood vessels by forcing blood out of them, but you can't simply pinch the vessel off.

Personality:Yang Chen is rather quiet and calm, but he's also a very outgoing and cheerful individual when there's a reason to be. He's wise, and a pacifist in the sense that she prefers to avoid a fight. His philosophy is to be like water, to go with the flow, but at the same time be able to crash down like an entire ocean is falling upon his enemy.
Bio:Yang Chen was born on Earth in a temple filled with monks who prospered due to the abundance of natural resources that allowed them to live simple lives. She doesn't know who his parents are, and she honestly thinks that she was simply abandoned at the temple. Nevertheless, she had lived a life of contentment and simplicity. However, deep down she desired to leave and experience more. She wanted to visit the other planets and do more than just sit all day meditating, training, reading, etc.

Unfortunately for him, that chance came in the form of devastation. A large group of poachers was one day spotted attempting to take advantage of the abundance of biodiversity in the forest at the base of the mountain the temple Yang lived in occupied. The head monk of the temple, Shifu, confronted them, asking them to leave politely. They did, and returned the very next night, setting the temple on fire and slaughtering all of the monks, except for Yang. Before Shifu died in Yang's arms, Shifu gave him the key to a special place below the temple.

Yang didn't understand why such an object (well, objects) was locked up. They were two red, metallic bands that he placed on his upper arms. After escaping from the burning temple, he wandered for days. He then found himself face to face with two tigers, a sight that was rarely seen. She would have enjoyed it, if it wasn't for the fact they had the intentions of killing him. After a pathetic struggle (at this point she was exhausted and hungry), the two bands on his arm seemed to have a mind of themselves and expanded to form two large Power Gloves. She defeated the tigers, and found new confidence.

She stumbled upon a small town that happened to be having trouble with the very same poachers that took everything from him. She decided to protect the town the next time the poachers returned, to force the villagers to serve them while they celebrate their new catches. With the element of surprise and his new weapons, she defeated them easily.

After defeating the poachers and being forced to accept thanks from the village in the form of new clothes, money, a place to stay, and a good meal, she decided to accomplish his wish to explore the other planets. This led him to the Starfall Festival.
Natural Abilities: Exceptional hand to hand combat and a sound mind that is the result of years upon years of training and meditating.
Natural Weaknesses:Due to not having a Stigma, she has trouble fighting against long range attacks or elemental based attacks.
Belongings:Power Gloves. They increase his overall output of power behind his punches and are able to produce a small shield to block projectiles.
Additional Information: She has heard of weapons similar to his Power Gloves that are for the legs, and has a side goal of finding these. She's also a lesbian.. mostly.

I'm talking about Agri's idea, of vomiting blood and them manipulating it. It's VERY similar to black blood in Soul Eater.

Quite literally everything in the human body has blood in it. By Pinch Off, I did not, per say, mean actually close the blood vessel, but rather not allow the blood to flow beyond a certain point.

I suppose I can change it to the touchy feely bit, if you really feel that way

*sigh* Okay.

I made an edit, but I kept the "make fist - cut off blood flow in neck". Because I'd have to stand like that for about six minutes for it to kill somebody, and standing still concentrating very hard for two minutes to make one of them unconscious seems like an appropriate penalty for the action. I'm hiding in one of the stalls during this so... I guess it's okay
