I see.

Yeah, debating between Tides and Terror.
"The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I'm saying? We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders. raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did."—former Nixon domestic policy chief John Ehrlichman

1)Len: There's a lot of stuff with that post I find wrong. Firstly, I know they're NPCs, but I didn't state they were mooks so please refrain from stating what hit and what didn't, or other things of that nature.

2) Secondly, there's a reason I was only willing to trust some people with the Stigma of Blood. It's supposed to be the rarest pants-shittingly hard to master, and directly stopping the flow of blood, affecting vital arteries, etc, is meant to be incredibly difficult to perform, simply so that people wouldn't go and abuse it, because frankly, that's lame. Not to mention, throughout all of this, the first part still stands.

3) Also, there weren't humvees.

4) And last, and the exact opposite of least, is that you controlled the result of another character's actions, which I'm not willing to accept. You can't know if the flash did "diddy shit" to stop the riders when I haven't yet responded to Agri's post in particular.

That is all.

Just separated that to make it easier for me to read.

1) Apologies, will edit.

2) Considering it is literally the action of pinching, something that requires zero effort and can be done millions of times per day without undue exertion, I'm leery of the difficulty. Secondly, my character has been working on this his entire life, so I think that since my plan was to have him excel at the combat portion of his Stigma, but only know the rudiments of healing.

3) Apologies. I saw archaic vehicles and wanted to put a word in besides "car". I will edit.

4) My character's opinion, not what actually happened. Silva's view of stunning and the like is very simplistic. If they ain't down, it did nada.

1) Right.

2) It is literally the action of pinching something through a strange virally-induced ability nobody has come to understand completely at the current IC time, so the difficulty can still be there. And frankly, I'm only bringing this up because pinching the air and being done with it is spectacularly lame. If you're going to do that, you should at least have to get up close and do it physically.

3) Right.

4) Right.

Did Katara ever pinch the air and kill somebody, then? Because if she did I must've missed it.

I guess it got introduced with Legend of Sokka. It can also make wolves dance.

Anyways, I suggest a new Stygma:

"The Stygma of Metal. Its possessors can make bone-like appendages made of metal sprout from their body. These appendages can be reworked in sharp shards of metal that can be slashed or thrown at the enemy, plates of metal that are enveloped around the body to make it stronger, or as additional arms and legs for the user. The quantity of metal produced by the user depends on how much edible things are being currently processed by their stomach. The process is quite draining on said alimentary resurces, and most users will have to quickly have another lunch after a particularly major use of it."

Perhaps you meant the Legend of Korra? Because that would explain a lot, :P.

And I like it. I'll throw it in I guess.

Since my mind is a blank, I'm going to make a new Stigma. Maybe I'll think of something then.

Er, alright then.

Alternatively, you could try the same, but with a planet. We really have a lot of Stigmas :P.

I think this would be more realistic if it was hardened bone instead of metal.

So I'll just post later. Hopefully Len has edited by then. If not, I'll ignore his casualties, on the grounds that I'm the god damned OP and making a minimal motion from a large distance to kill something and succeed is basically godmod.

@Sentinel: Doesn't matter all that much, to be honest. We're made of metal, to some degree. Or at least, that's my view on it. If Agri wants me to change it I'll change it, but he holds authorship over the Stigma.

I would ask that no one really.. get's in the way.. of the Blacksmith and the other insurgents. I don't want any large PvP battles on my hands right now (limited time on my hands) and, to be honest, you won't get too far with the Blacksmith's marshal prowess combined with the forces of the Red Gospel.

No one has to worry about Corvo getting in the way. He's probably going to spend his time hiding and wishing he could fight :P
