Yeah, debating between Tides and Terror.

1)Len: There's a lot of stuff with that post I find wrong. Firstly, I know they're NPCs, but I didn't state they were mooks so please refrain from stating what hit and what didn't, or other things of that nature.
2) Secondly, there's a reason I was only willing to trust some people with the Stigma of Blood. It's supposed to be the rarest pants-shittingly hard to master, and directly stopping the flow of blood, affecting vital arteries, etc, is meant to be incredibly difficult to perform, simply so that people wouldn't go and abuse it, because frankly, that's lame. Not to mention, throughout all of this, the first part still stands.
3) Also, there weren't humvees.
4) And last, and the exact opposite of least, is that you controlled the result of another character's actions, which I'm not willing to accept. You can't know if the flash did "diddy shit" to stop the riders when I haven't yet responded to Agri's post in particular.
That is all.

2) It is literally the action of pinching something through a strange virally-induced ability nobody has come to understand completely at the current IC time, so the difficulty can still be there. And frankly, I'm only bringing this up because pinching the air and being done with it is spectacularly lame. If you're going to do that, you should at least have to get up close and do it physically.
3) Right.
4) Right.

I envisioned it as something akin to Blood Bending in Avatar

Did Katara ever pinch the air and kill somebody, then? Because if she did I must've missed it.
I guess it got introduced with Legend of Sokka. It can also make wolves dance.
Anyways, I suggest a new Stygma:
"The Stygma of Metal. Its possessors can make bone-like appendages made of metal sprout from their body. These appendages can be reworked in sharp shards of metal that can be slashed or thrown at the enemy, plates of metal that are enveloped around the body to make it stronger, or as additional arms and legs for the user. The quantity of metal produced by the user depends on how much edible things are being currently processed by their stomach. The process is quite draining on said alimentary resurces, and most users will have to quickly have another lunch after a particularly major use of it."

I think this would be more realistic if it was hardened bone instead of metal.

I don't want any large PvP battles on my hands right now (limited time on my hands) and, to be honest, you won't get too far with the Blacksmith's marshal prowess combined with the forces of the Red Gospel.
