Rise of Civilization (Open, OOC)

The year is 4000 BC. Humanity is starting to settle down, after expanding and dominating the globe. Tribes and Clans have dominated as the only form of organization thus far, but after Agriculture, government arrives. Along with government, writing, and the discovery of metals have revolutionized human life. From now on, history can begin. But what course it will take is anyone's guess.
