The Amazing Race
I think this has been done before with contestants visiting NS nations. I would like to run with RL nations.
There would be 12 legs
Leg 1: Glasgow, Scotland - London, England - Paris, France
Leg 2: Paris, France - Berlin, Germany - Moscow, Russia
Leg 3: Moscow, Russia - Istanbul, Turkey - Vatican City
Leg 4: Vatican City - Tangier, Morocco - Pyramids at Giza, Egypt
Leg 5: Giza, Egypt - Juba, South Sudan - Dubai, UAE
Leg 6: Dubai, UAE - Islamabad, Pakistan - Taj Mahal, India
Leg 7: Taj Mahal, India - Mt Everest Base Camp - Great Wall of China
Leg 8: Great Wall of China - Seoul, South Korea - Bangkok, Thailand
Leg 9: Bangkok, Thailand - Darwin, Austraila - Nadi, Fiji
Leg 10: Nadi, Fiji - Machu Piccu, Peru - Rio, Brazil
Leg 11: Rio, Barzil - Mexico City, Mexico - New York City, USA
Leg 12: New York City, USA - Nuuk, Greenland - Glasgow, Scotland
As you can see you could just get a train from Glasgow to Paris but getting to Nuuk is by no means an easy feat. Each leg get harder as it goes along with the last place team at the end point of each leg out.
Each leg would take around a week to complete:
Mon (gmt): Start of each leg (exact location in city) and challenge in city.
Thurs: Mid City point standings update and challenge in city
Sun: End point elimination/standings update.
I would do the lead posts but would also run 2 pairs.
