The year is 2036. The past 24 years have been a living hell. In December of 2012, Iran, in collaboration with Chinese and Russian hackers, severely crippled the US and her allies' electronic frameworks. They in turn attempted to return the favor, but the fact that they were working with infected computers led to countries all around the world being crippled along with Iran. Soon, the stock markets and militaries collapsed. The US government tried to hold onto whatever it could, but it too faltered. The town were filled with riots, looting, and panic. Police Officers often formed local militias led by a community leader. These grew and assimilated. Soon, the cities banded together and grew into city-states or small nations. Each one has it's own size and bark, but everyone wants to control the world.
