Well Hapes you could be considered to be a part of the Republic though seeing as you are closer to Alliance space they might want to be friends with you as well.

I don't intend to stay a criminal empire. As I have stated earlier, I plan on installing a new government, and enlisting an actual army. Whilst attempting to get rid of any unwanted residents.
