I'm not understanding how your nation IS wealthier then others, my colonies in the Americas would be more profitable then a good part of Africa you control and you have spent a fortune on making your cities have the impression of wealth which would most likely be a drain on your economy, there has been a lot of leaders in history who spent fortunes on trying to give the impression of wealth but ended up causing their nations to go bankrupt.

i have the diamond island of Sumatra (Not borneo.....yet), have the suez canal, have the gates to the Red sea, have vast amounts of trade with almost all nations of the world, especially through Kovdor(china), Volvograd(Australia), and Petrovad(Madagascar), I have the vast rubber plantations of the congo along with its gold, the tin and iron mines of ethiopia, the oil of somalia, the technology industry within my own nation, the textile industry, the coal and iron mines, and the reperations from Fortograd. Id say im not doing to bad. and yes all this stuff has been mentioned in the IC

just remember it could have been much MUCH worse. i gave ur ambassadors a rather lovely enterance and have held myself back from giving my king a throne but given them all an identical chair. Also ive put them on a circular table so no-one would sit at the head.

Most if not all of that can be changed with a blow of the wind then your nation is bleeding dry paying for its past. Trade deals can quickly end, colonies can be taken, and reparations from Fortograd will eventually end or be forced to end also I don't remember reparations being forced on Fortograd in IC you would think the lands we took from Fortograd would be enough.

Also the Suez Canal is a joint ownership, and not everybody will use it, I'm sticking with the old straight makes more sense for me, using the Suez Canal is pointless just adds more time to my trip to the Americas and the small part of Africa I control.

But remember, your king needs the ambassadors to get them to agree to the Council. I think my ambassador shall play the "offended by European culture" card off the bat, to begin with.

Anyway Halleon my economy is far more detaied than urs at anyrate. i could have left out the flag thing but put it in to add a bit of spice to the meeting. Also you may not need it but if u are sending TGs to Australia, China, Japan, Madagascar, China etc. u woud need it and when getting trade from these places u would need it. Anyway a lot of nations do and will use it.

You only have control of the Diamonds in Angola, the Zulu's actually hold the majority of the diamonds in the world.
