I didn't hint at it because the canal hasn't been open yet has it? By the time the King receives that letter it still wouldn't cause Argos or Constantine to change the current plan to put the Salem King in Jerusalem. I have no ideal when the canal will be opened so how am I suppose to know when I'm getting the letter?

id just like to say on my first post back i founded "The Holy CityState of Jerusaem run by the highest ranking Jew, Christian, and Muslim in the city. We signed a defence pact that meant that my trops stay in the city until they request that we leave (That will probs be when borders are decided)

Here's the difference. You've gone all out and claimed it as your Protectorate, whilst I was only going to claim it as a protectorate if anyone attacked it. I also think we shouldn't have the council it should just be ruled by the rightful King, no council or anything like that, and we should have a mutual agreement with it, that if it is attacked all three of our nations will help protect it but we cannot claim any more lands in that area else it will be seen as a sign of aggression. then we can have it as a true NPC nation, but it would have a lot more staying power.

Also I think I've left it long enough, my next post is going to have me finish off my conquest of that bit of Africa.

may i just say that this new king, in reality, would 100% not be christian and most likely be jewish or Muslim. So that wont bide well with your christian nation. Also my whole point of taking the city was to avert from having a single non-christian ruler put in place.

Also id say that ur invasion of the African Free State isnt quite finished. have a big post saying ur seiging the fortified stronghold capital.

Indeed I know. Hence is why I've decided to begin naval build up.
