I was under the impression he controlled the Francian colonies as a part of France. Like a governor, or a viceroy. I could be wrong, though.

Within reason, of course. The brown (Gregartine Sultanate or something, I forget the name) is also open, and I believe Kamchatkalia (the Yellow) has dropped out, so the Espaniata Sultanate is also open.

Oh and as a side note, I wouldn't of actually invaded you unless you were in a really dire position and you had ignored/rejected my offers to help.

btw thin said bout Madagascars military.... he has 5% (all) of his total peace time population serving. u, mish, and myself hav under this as people would get rather pissed is they saw the full 5%. ive currently got 3% i think u have around 1.5%. Oh btw Aura why go to a JAL conference if ur not even in it??? Anyway is there any possible way i could get u to stop all having a go at my King. If u think about it all hes done is have a colony in Borneo, invade a falling nation, and have a few decorations in his capital. none of u are RPing as ur leader anywere near as much as i am being the imfamous King Alexander XVI
