I'll let your character interview my guy(If I'm accepted.). You'll have to approach in at a reasonable time though. My guy will be a pretty nice guy. He won't try to blow your brains out unless you provoke him. I say this because he's rebel.

Vladimir has decent aim and is in excellent shape due to the hard work on the farms.

As Fredrik grew up in Russia, he often saw his friend and family members join the Empire's army. After finishing high school, Fredrik left for the military to begin basic training, the training molded Fredrik into something better, a killer. With his new found training from the academy, Fredrik began going on missions within the Empire silence those who opposed or threatened the safety of his country. As time passed quickly, Fredrik came to the rank of sergeant major, with his new rank Fredrik hopes to lead his men wisely.

I would recommended this being the rebel armor. I think New Roman Empire said something about it being light armor. This would be light armor compared to the others shown. However, like Treko said, depends on how much tech has developed.
