Additional Information: I am fascinated by both genetic manipulation and transhumanism, but I won't join your furry/my little pony RP. I prefer Hard Science to Fantasy, but will do both. My favorite Genres are Steampunk and Biopunk, with Post-Apocalyptic as a runner up. I like Cyberpunk for its technology, but I tend to avoid large amounts of grimdarkness; I RP for fun, not for complex moral and ethical dilemnas. I'm experienced in avoiding creating Mary Sue/Gary Stu charachters, but my charachters to tend to be based at least partially on my personality as that way it is easier for me to stay in charachter; none of my charachters will be cheerful animal lovers for that reason. My grammar and word choices are usually immaculate, but I have large thumbs and a natural impatience that causes me to mispell things when I'm using a touchscreen.

Why do you RP?: It keeps my creative juices flowing, it's fun, and there are endless possibilities.
How's your schedule/activity?: I live in the US, Pacific Time Zone. I'm on every day, but I don't know if I can be counted on to post more than once a day in most occasions.
Rate yourself on a scale of 1-10: I can't give a flat number, so here are some parts:
Grammatical structure/cohesion: 8. I'm a self-proclaimed grammar Nazi, and my posts tend to have good length and detail, as well as structure. If I'm going to post crap, I'd rather not post at all, especially in a forum such as this.
Sticking to an RP: 6. Had problems with time management with RL in the past, so it's probably best if I'm given roles that can be important but not crucial. It's not uncommon for me to not have time to post much in any given week, although I do try, and if I cannot, I usually say so myself, as a warning to those I RP with. There have been times when I had to abandon RPs altogether because of their speed, so if yours is going to move fast, then I'm probably not the best person for the job.
Creativity: 7. Still can improve a lot, but I tend to come up with out-of-the-box ideas to keep things interesting. Commonplace is boring, and that is that.
Readability: 7. Sometimes, I use too many hard words that take away from the meanings of the RP. I have the tendency to completely burrow into one part of the RP and neglect to see the overall picture. If these things happen, just send me a TG or tell me so on the OOC thread. I take constructive criticism pretty well.
Additional Information: I prefer to write from a female perspective, although I do not really know why. I specialize in dialogue and description of activities/items in use of imagery. If you get me completely immersed in an RP, it will be almost impossible to take me out of it until it's over. I do have a problem at times with knowing what people mean by their words, as I tend to take them at face value, but I am trying to improve on that.

Why do you RP?: Because I like to write stories, and find that stories become much more interesting and varied if different people are running the main characters. There are multiple different perspectives contributing to the character writing, whereas a single author may often find that too many characters are similar to him/her in personality.
How's your schedule/activity?: European evenings (about 5 pm to 9 pm GMT)

Additional Information: I am planning an RP based on an old GURPS background called Cybermech Damocles (we will not be using the infamous doorstopper that is GURPS, of course. Don't worry. It will be freeform). As the name probably implies, it is an anime/mecha background with a serious backstory, but run as a parody. That means: You are free to use as many clichés from mecha and other anime as you want, but the story itself is still very serious. It probably works best if you do not know too much about the setting beforehand.
