Character Based RP

The Scenario:

You are a convicted felon and have been sentenced to the Citadel which is a Maximum Security Penal Labor Camp located in a Northern Siberian Climate. You will basically play our your characters lives as they go through the day to day struggles of being a inmate.

Rules and Guidelines

No God Modding
No Riots(Unless I start them)
No Smuggling
Language is PG-13 or higher
I will not be playing a specific character, instead I will intervene occasionally to redirect the story or add a little spice.
You must post at least every two days or you will be killed off

A few quick questions if i may.

First where is this "Citadel" Located and secondly what level of security insitution is it? Max, Super Max?

Could you be a little less restrictive on the post per day rule? Occasionally some people cannot get access to a computer every single day.

What time period is the role play set in?

Why can prisoner's not smuggle? Maybe my character want's to bring a brick of hash into the prision via his anal cavity, But in all seriousness, How else could you get access to higher grade weapons then a shank other then smuggling?

Answers to these would be great.

1. No Absolute location, but climate similar to Siberia
2.Maximum Security Penal Labor Camp
3. I will relax it to post every two days
4.I don't want anyone smuggling in massive amounts of drugs or weapons into the jail, as well as I want it to be semi-realistic, kinda hard to smuggle drugs when there are no visitors.
5. As OP, I will intervene at times to spice it up by starting a riot, selling weapons, etc.

Short Bio:
Roderick is a former American army first infantry lieutenant who was dishonorably discharged after caught stealing enemy property he was sentenced to six months in the stockade. After serving his time he was brought back to the states, He has since fallen in with several notable white supremacist movements most recently the Aryan Brotherhood. He was expelled from the American Nazi Party due to his sheer radicality and Tendecy for violence. After a brief stint of robberies and break in’s the group ultimately held up a Bank of America, during the midst of the robbery when the police arrived Roderick executed the remaining bank staff, after a tense almost twelve hour standoff it was ended by a swat team breaching the bank during the course of the following firefight the entirety of Roderick’s fellow Bank robbers were killed and himself severely wounded. However he didn’t die from his wounds, After a failed escape attempt from the hospital he had been recovering at he was then held in a police ICU until trial.

Due to the injuries suffered during the bank robbery Roderick walk’s with a limp due to severe damage done to his right knee cap. After recovering enough from his trauma for trial he was brief put in front of a jury and sentenced to three consecutive life sentences without possibility of parole.
