She entered the bus, and made it clear that she was vaguely expecting something to happen in response, checked her stuff to give everyone another opportunity to talk to her.
Then I did some stuff in RL, and by the time I was back everyone was already GM'ing their way through all the tanks.

Yeah, my point exactly. We are 25, the point is not that we stopped 4 tanks, the point is that 6-7 peoples already stopped the tanks at a certain point. Rup, you may need more than a single situation to make the RP survive.

I'll probably either have to split the group into two teams and therefore two RPs, and have Wolfy be OP for the second team (Or someone else if they want it), because right now, it's only a few people doing the posting.

Either that or I'll have to start kicking people, which is something I don't want to do, but I will if I must.

Technically, those tanks could be THE WORST place to be right now, espeically in an exposed gunner seat. If that jet starts dropping munitions on it, then you'd be kinda fucked.

It's generally accepted that being in a ditch is better than being in a tank when there's jets strafing about.

Well, look at it this way.


In the game Battlefield 3, you can fly jets, and drive tanks.

Jets in the game fly a bit slower and quite a ways lower than they do in real life, but maybe something similar to this jet here.

Pointing and shooting with a tank is incredibly easy, and you can shoot once every few seconds.

But still, it takes incredible skill, incredible luck, and a dumb enemy pilot, to ever have a hope of hitting an enemy jet with, say, the gun of an M1A1 Abrams tank. Even the automated gun turret on top doesn't really do that much, since bullets only go slight faster than the actual jet does, and it's generally incredibly hard to aim at such a fast moving target, and then account for things like drop.

Honestly, you've got probably an equal chance that the jet will be brough down by space junk or meteorites falling from orbit than with hitting it with the first few shots from a tank gun you've never fired.

They already brought out the tanks and a jet. What's to stop them from securing some anti-air? There are plenty of former military personnel who joined the cartels for a better pay. You can expect their elites to be that strong.
