@Zark: Xiuhcoatl is a throwing sword/axe/thing. It would be Tier 1, on account we already have plenty of Tier Zero weapons.

The pub they were having drinks in, having a fine time, became a slaughterhouse, when a Vampire (Though he obviously didn't know what it was at the time) went on a rampage. He doesn't know how, but Lloyd survived until a group of soldiers arrived and killed the vampire. The soldiers took him with them when they left, and in no time he was sitting in front of Sir Integra Hellsing, where he learned just what it was he had seen. He was then offered a position in the Hellsing Organization, and offer he accepted.
Over the years of serving with Hellsing, he has become an efficient vampire killer, though that of course relies on teamwork, more so then his own individual skill. He was quite surprised when he was informed by Sir Integra that he was being sent to serve as one of Hellsing's attache to PHOBOS

Accepted and fixed, you would be one of many, many Hellsing attachments to PHOBOS. It's a big force, and has been around for six years. There's only recently been a shortage of new members.
