Anyway, I found a list of knightly orders that could be used as fronts for the national anti-paranormal organizations. There's even one for Ethiopia, the Order of Solomon. I won't go into detail for that but, here's one I'm eager to work on.

Correct me if I got the Hebrew wrong. Unlike Chinese, I have next to zero knowledge of either.

I'm not an expert in regards to Hebrew, but I'm 75% sure that there should be the ha (ה) article prefixed to David (making מגן הדוד). (Note: I'm basing this solely on my limited knowledge of Arabic and the fact the the ha article is in the name of the Hebrew text Sefer Raziel HaMalakh. I make no claims to accuracy.)

No. The reason Lux/z is her last name is because its the spanish/latino(I'm sorry, I can't figure out which it is) equivalent of the original Maria's name, which was Lucinda.

Look this way: once you go -1, you have attuned reality around you. The other guy CANNOT do the same, so only 1 can go to that point during the battle.

Which would make it a Reality Marble. Again, Level Zero is a lot like that. Level -1 would simply be a more powerful version of that, no appearance changes.

I'm thinking of limiting it to NPCs, however, and possibly Ju. If I even use it.

Look this way: once you go -1, you have attuned reality around you. The other guy CANNOT do the same, so only 1 can go to that point during the battle.

Where would be the fun in that? You'd single handedly be able to defeat everyone by simply breathing. That would be boring as hell.
