And he's arguing with a girl going through puberty. Mature.

Sveta would have went "..." at her injunction anyway. She's not one to care if others speak up for her or not. Though, this is only Episode 1, so there'll be plenty of time to melt her icy heart.

we will send a air stare on libya if they don't stop their attack

Everybody! Can you stop saying that the cargo ship sinking we have done lately was a war crime. We were trying to economically destroy the UK.

"FIRE IN THE HOE" he bellowed before triggering the explosive.

Are you playing that shitty X-COM FPS? Photos are not sufficient evidence, they are used only in case you cannot maintain the evidence in the same state.

Transports and logistics takes time to organize. Ju and the other commanders probably planned the transport of the APC via ship or cargo plane prior way before hand. And based on their reaction, facing down tanks and air support was not part of their plans, much less expecting to capture at least one.
Like Sveta said, Daniel can try to get it to our forward base at the hotel later, granted that he has to somehow keep it under wraps, but I highly doubt you'll find much evidence in it other than where it was built. As for getting the tank back to Paris, good luck trying to persuade Ju and the other officers to burn more tax money. It would have been cheaper for the higher ups to leave this to the local police to conduct their inspect in El Salvador and e-mail the results back than sending the entire piece back to Paris. Trust me, they're answerable to the governments funding them, and they can't spend that money anyhow.

There's a difference between 'crew killed', 'disabled/mission killed', and 'destroyed'.

Fun fact - standing near an exploding vehicle usually kills you.
