I've always imagined him as Peter Cushing.

Fuck it, he's from the north of England.

I occasionally have to catch myself before I make posts.

Because none of you guys know a flashlight is a torch, and I often need to be clear about the football I refer to.

I know that, I just don't give a shit.

To be fair, neither does the Doctor.

I no longer write him as Peter Cushing, though, I write like an older, more dignified Eleven.

I meant voice-wise, though. As he looks like Peter Cushing, it would make sense that he sound like Peter Cushing.

I'm aware, and I used to, but things changed.

I have noticed his Eleven-y-ness, though. There was some bit you wrote earlier and I had trouble not hearing Eleven speaking like he did at Stonehenge in The Pandorica Opens.

That's how I write all of his speeches.

Because, when Eleven gave that speech, he was a rat in the corner, trapped and clawing desperately, if not to save himself, but to strike his killers. He was insane.

Twelve is in a permanent state of near-death.

Eventually, when he's had enough time to really develop his character, you should write a short one shot of him trying to have a relaxing day at the beach or something and being totally unable to actually let loose and relax.

That's true of every Doctor, though.

Except the First and Third, I suppose.

I think the Eighth could do that.

I've been listening to quite a few of his Big Finish diaries though. Damn, he's badass.

Four managed it pretty well in The Leisure Hive.

Holy shit, they really stopped giving a fuck about censorship when the BBC couldn't do anything, no?

Good God, they speak like us.

Which one you listening to?

The Veiled Leopard, because they don't have the first audio up for free.

While I will certainly exploit that at some other time, I have no idea who the fuck any of those people are, which is why I want to start the audios at the beginning.

Astro ordered me to take over Sydney a month ago.

I didn't do it until last night and now you want to post.

Is that a bad thing?

I mean, you write her not badly, but I'd think writing somebody else's character would be a pain in the ass.

Are you still planning on leaving the character at the end of this episode?

I had Sydney say she wanted to leave, out of some resentment towards the Doctor's new companions, which she already expressed.

If Sydney leaves Dally's going with her and so we need to alter our plans for future episodes accordingly depending on whether or not he's staying too.
