Also, if you send me a clip of your voice, I will gladly either Dalek or Cyberman it up.

It's important to note, however, that how you say things is just as important as the technology used. If you use a lot of emotion it's not going to sound like a Cyberman no matter what I do to it, for example.

I use Audacity and several plugins that have to be adjusted just right.
