Anyone know why this seems to be dying? Again?

Happened last time, too; I posted basically the same thing with edits to the app and rules and such.

Quick post, because I really should be returning my attention to the lecture I'm in, but I've been doing some creepylurkism around Nat and NEI's threads (May First in particular) (also, those avatar swaps are disorienting) and thought: how about having a team of RPers of that quality in some weird-scenario-of-the-month thing, except with different guest hosts? It'd be a great way for inferior RPers to lazily amuse themselvesobject lesson in good character roleplaying.

I almost want to start an Andalite-Yeerk War RP... not based on Earth... from the Yeerk point of view...

I've been debating starting a horror RP. I haven't seen any around so I was wondering if it is something that would gather a crowd.

Perhaps it's because I haven't done that much lurking in EH- I get the impression that it's a huge, monolithic, intimidatingly sized thread that's harder to acquaint oneself in. Like a more disturbing Doctor Who with more Eldritch Abominations.

Elfen High is what happens when you give drugs to a monkey. Then you shoot that monkey in the head and give the drugs to something far, far worse.

Legend says there's a "plot" in there, but the mythical beast hasn't been seen in centuries. Then we ignore the plot for fanservice, dick jokes, punching things, and getting lots of KFC.

I'd say drugs, except for Olthar and myself. The Penis Queen must have some funky Wisconsin cheese to do that sort of stuff. How a Mormon manages to come up with nonsensical crap like the rest of Night's homesizzles without any drugs is something you'll have to ask the Lord about, since I don't have a clue.

My issue is lack of (prescription) drugs, thank you very much.

Despite this, Elfen High has a very rigid and solid canon that stretches across not just three arcs, but possibly a dozen roleplays and has a very in-built world.
