There was an old RP I was part of, creation RP actually. Each player was a god, and they had an area on a planet, and their own world separate. On the combined planet all of the mortal races would live, and on the personal planets the immortal race of each god would live and thrive. On the combined world the gods would change the landscapes of their area to fit the race, and these races would expand and clash. The players who controlled the gods also controlled the race they made, so it was also a nation rp with creation. I would like to see a reboot, so what do you guys think? Anyone want to take the task, or should I?

Might be a good idea to pay attention to detail when making the OP.

Use them BBcodes, don't be a lazy Indian and make Belgians with a slight OCD do it for you.

The US Soldiers in Japan, some went back to USA for New Year's Eve there, some still in Japan. Most people in Japan act and behave normally. But then...PRC and USSR launched a massive invasion to Japan, cut off the communication line with USA, and then quickly capture the capital cities and various cities. Now, with the JSDF scattered and with no reinforcements (USA and NATO still coordinate the forces, and ROK is too small to help) what will the Japs do? Surrender or fight till death?

Here come: Freedom Fighter: For Honor and Glory RP. You will play as either JSDF soldiers, civilians, or US Army soldiers. PRC and USSR launched a massive invasion to Japan. USSR supplied PRC with equipments and naval attack, while the PRC did the ground invasion and air force.

Is this a good idea?

...it's ahistorical as fuck. Some more context and divergence points would be nice, really. It just sounds like Red Dawn: Japan Edition (and Red Dawn itself had a really unrealistic premise)

Divergence points? You mean alternate history before these events even begin?

With increasingly more time on my hands over the summer I've been thinking about doing a different sort of RP, a while back there was a 'Whose Line is it Anyway?' RP, I'm thinking of doing a more generic comedy quiz show thing, incorporating rounds from several different IRL quiz shows of that style (so like QI, Mock the Week, Have I Got News For You, Whose Line is it Anyway) and perhaps some others. RPers would each create a character/comedian who participate in the rounds of the RP (four to each round), each lasting say a week with one round lasting a day. The two people who are active most and produce the funniest stuff then go on to the next round until there's only four people left (then the top person 'wins'). I just want to know what people think of this idea before I start writing it out and planning it proper.

Also not 100% sure which forum it would go in.

Earth restored to prehistoric environmental levels ( ie high carbon dioxide rate in the air) might explain the cat-sized or plus sized insects. With famine a world wide occurance the economic structure reverts to a more communal/feudalistic tone thus reverting society back centuries in terms of society.

Yep. You kinda need some background to explain how the USSR (which was well on its way to dismantling, in 1990) attempted what can be called the greatest military invasion in the history of modern warfare.

Anyone in the mood for a Crusader Kings Rp?

I intend on dividing it into chapters from 860-1460. As with the game since it focuses heavily on events being random. I intend on utilizing a dice system to equalize the good and bad events of all natures. Just like the game I plan on integrating the character and nobility tier system to prevent god-modding. Nations will not be controlled by just one person ( each nation has a set of noble vassals ranging from barons, counts, dukes, and on occasions kings. A realism system will be put into place to make the rp feel more of the era than a copy pasta EU rp. Of-course there will have to be threads for religion ( for events such as schisms, heresies breaking out, heresies becoming dominant in the religion, reform movements, petitions for crusades,jihads, and various holy wars. Also to show the progression of various religions in the world). A thread for war ( ranging from secular to religious) and of-course an event thread ( determing or not whether you get dethroned, lose a portion of your desmense, get injured in battle, or have all your children killed in a raid by Mongolic-Norse halfbreed Zoraoster vikings).

So anyone up for a Shia dominant Islam controlling all of Russia fighting Orthodox Mongols and a pagan kingdom of Poland?.
