As for gender swap, they'd look roughly the same due to their concealing clothing, but would have female voices and slightly larger chests.

Coming to think of it, this gender-swapping idea makes my choice of character excellent. Zen, the character who's picture I'm using, has a twin sister. Let me find a pic....

Van is on the left whereas his gender-swapped version is on the right. It's from an excellent comic called "TwoKinds". Their names are Zen (left) and Natani (right).
