No, we RP as people hailing from our nations, which is why my characters are always evil robots.. and now my nations is attacking Earth.. with.. Space Ships.. lots of spaceships..

God-like, for some characters, but don't godmod if you aren't sure how the character will react (that's my own way of doing it... can't speak for others.)

Just a character. Some people bring their nations in for battles or adventures. Some don't.
