"I have been listening longer than you suspect." The dry, deep voice rings in Pan'deimos's mind, and a tinkle lights the darkened eyes of the Messenger God. For within his webway, he can sense... messages. Cries of panic. He recognizes these cries, and a psychic snarly looses through the webway.

"MALLLLLICCE!" The temper of the God suddenly grows. "He had made war with the humans before our trial was through! Before the call to War could be delivered to them!" Baupet's dim red pupils began to glow a bit brighter. "Pan'Deimos, your proposition is unacceptable. This human is a leader of her people. To prevent her from leading them in a time of need is cowardly on our part, I will not allow it." Sarah was suddenly in the presence of psychic power.

"I shall take her back to her world, where we will deliver to humanity the truth of your decisions. Brothers and Sisters... your arrogance disgusts me greatly." He says, moving his form overtop of Sarah, his limbs unraveling like cloth. "If you so wish to war with the humans for your childish desires, I have no choice but to protect them." Baupet was already anxious to leave; Malice had done enough damage. It was already going to look bad on his own end if War starts before it is declared.

Darksk'y continued to stare at the swirling blue planet called Earth, casting a glance at the 'President.' "Thank you for no longer ranting off absolute nonsense." he said, approaching her. "However, we are gods. You think mortal weapons and explosives will defeat us? They are nothing more than mosquito bites to us, you'd need quite a lot of power to defeat us." He said, kneeling down to her height, for he was twice as tall. "The... United States... The entire world... You're killing what we made. Both yourself, the planet, life itself is being destroyed by your doing. Your Nukes cause great harm, your pollution kills more than you think. Earth is sick, because of you. You breed like rabbits and you cover the face of the globe, every landmass has a significant amount of humans on it, my dogs, our animals, our trees, our creations! Say some upstart nation comes to the United States and destroys almost the entire nation, while you sit by watching and hoping they'll stop and realize. But they don't! They keep destroying what was worked so hard to create! That's what you're doing to the world, little girl. That's what the human race is doing, and it needs to end." he went on, getting angry. "You nearly destroyed my gift to humanity. Unity. Sure, you have nations. But in the hundreds! That's not unity! That's chaos, destruction, war! The United Nations barely even scratches the surface in terms of Unity. Ever since you began living in tribes you reduced my gift to something so small and miniscule. You are supposed to love each other as a pack of wolves, fight to the death to protect and to survive, not turn against your pack mates and kill each other! The Human Race has gotten far too out of hand, and it is time for us to intervene." he said, turning to the other gods. "How does December 21st sound for the beginning of our work?" He said, before things began to cause problems. "Damn and blast it, i guess we need to alter our plans."

Malice sighed and then stood on-top of his daemon engine."AM BUILDING A PLAGUE GARDEN, WOMAN!"He then took fixed one of his armour's pipes before sighing, Goddesses were such a hassle. He then glared at the Dragon and readied his scythe."Stop turning my Plague Warriors into Humans! Oh, yes. Hello Merva." He then had another shot loaded before firing it at the Empire state building, making it taller, but instead of a spike. A massive sword rose from it and puss and other things fell off it before Malice then closed his hands, causing the building to shake and turn green before it turned into a Great Plague Engine."My fellow Gods, take a look to the humans before they die. It's the last time you will." The engine he stood on then rumbled as it moved, virus shells firing at the dragon while it's plague guns fired, shooting disease rounds. The Plague warriors then opened fire while the AA guns also fired, their rounds opening and sending spores at the dragon, which if they hit would wrap around his wings, taking his flight away from him. Malice then tapped his foot and flipped his scythe in the air before catching it.

"Don't worry, the humans feel no pain when they are turned into Plague Warriors."He added on before using his wings to glide high in the air and with a great clap a massive rift, the size of a city block then opened. Out spilled hundreds of Virus bats, Plague Warriors, Plague Engines and even a Greater Virus Demon."Oops, I seem to have angered someone~"

"I am made of fire, Malice, you cannot hurt me." Drach'jya'lor'tu threw some fireballs in relevant directions, healing spells in others, and put-the-top-back-on-the-Empire-State-Building spells in another. "You will destroy yourself, you are dangerously affecting things which you do not understand!"

"Come, my fellows, help me to put an end to this madness!"

Cotillion heard the summons, and disappeared instantly. A tall shadowy form reappeared on a building. An ornate, strangely otherworldly dagger appeared in one hand, and a long rope in the other. The rope appeared to have a mind of its own, writhing and darting of its own accord. Shadow, followed by inky blackness spread from his form, covering many plague invested creatures and structures. He gestured idly, and thousands of daggers swirled around him, then shot out towards yet more minions of Malace with pinpoint accuracy.
"Malice, you fool. Enjoy your assassination." With that, he smiled coldly, and then streaked through the air towards the god.

Merva stopped in midair, watching one of the missiles stike a faraway building.

A faraway building that happened to house a favorite apartment of his.

An apartment that was now turning to green, stinking sludge.

He frowned. And then scowled. It was on.

"Malice...~" He repeated, glaring at the god. "...I had an apartment there, Malice... And you've just ruined it. I liked that one." Raising his staff, he summoned various illusions into the air, hiding amongst them blades of pure energy to slice and to hurt. Then, he dropped down to the level of the god himself, swinging his staff rather recklessly at his head.

the god's council room
Bruce felt that there where some clothes near his foot. they must have come when he was reading his statement. as he put them on, he watched as some of the beings left, talking about another one of them creating problems. he watched as one of them carried off the president.
he pinched himself a few times, and did not wake up.
Bruce noticed that there seemed to be something in his pocket. he reached into it, and felt cold metal. it was a gun, a small pistol. He figured it would be useful at some point. meanwhile, he apparently had diplomicizing to acheive.

somewhere in new jersey
the mother had looked at the first rune, and had not stopped reading since. her children had pestered her at some point, but had left once they got no response. the book was simply to fascinating not to read. it was the only thing worth doing. the mother felt her fingers typing sometimes, apparently transcribing something from the book onto the internet somewhere, but that didn't really matter. the book taught her things humanity had chosen to forget. things that men had feared, had tried to destroy and failed. she read of the spell she must cast, and how it would kill her. and she was prepared.

Chicago, IL
John had handed out several books in the city and was preparing to leave when he heard the call from the dragon. apparently the bloated one had managed to get most of the gods on it. John could only hope it would last the first rounds of the fight and stand strong, at least for a while. 6,126 books left.

Chemosh decided he might as well leave the meeting also. He would go to NYC after the fighting was done but until then he would avoid it. He went to the his Catacombs and checked on how the collection of the dead was going and it seemed like they were getting a good amount of corpses. Afterwards he went to NYC to check on how the destruction was going. He saw a bunch of destroyed buildings and smiled. He started shifting the wreckage and taking the dead from the wreckage. He brought them back as zombies and sent them into the water where they would head towards his catacombs. He could just imagine the type of warriors he could make if he turned a plague warrior into a zombie. They could probably spread the disease and were probably stronger then a regular one. He noted to bring this up to Malice when he had the chance.
Can you imagine a world without hypothetical situtations?

Logic is like thumbs, it is not necessary but it sure is helpful.

"Come on, guys! You didn't complain when I started the Bubonic plague!"He then lifted his scythe, blocking the staff before leaping back. Green blood came from his armour while he then arched his back and cackled before pulling out a piece of stone and a large pen."So let it be written, let it be done." He then threw the tablet into a pot, before having the Greater Demon mix it, inventing a new disease. The demon then tried to tackle the Dragon, it's mass of organs that hung out would help it. Malice then flew into the air and grinned."You wish to meet the end?"

Euzechiel cursed. Can’t all of you for once act normal? You know, actually debate things before randomly killing them? Is it…argh, leave it.” With a swirl he appeared in New York,.. Slowly making his way through all destruction, he mumbled complaints. A few undead made their way, towards him. “A welcome committee? How nice!” He raised his hand, a vector shot from his palm and reduced the undead to smoking little pieces. Avoiding more destruction and patches of plagues and sickness, he made his way to the still undamaged Guggenheim Musem. When he stood in front of the building, he looked around. So far, the surrounding seemed untarnished…for now. “Can’t let them have you, can we?” he mumbled to the building. “Let’s see, first a Fourier Transformation…” the museum glowed in a greenish light “followed by folding it in a Riemmanian manifold…” a green bubble appeared around the museum “ and finally… storing it in the fourteenth dimension.” The Guggenheim museum disappeared completely, leaving behind an empty concrete plane and some very confused visitors and staff. “That will keep the Guggenheim safe, I think.” He went back to the Council of Gods to attend the other debates.

Merva sighed, following the troublemaking, glorified ball of phlegm, bringing his staff back to stab the sharp, pointed end towards him.
"Yes, but the bubonic plague didn't destroy anything of mine, did it? Now, you see, you've got icky stuff all over some of my things. And I'm not too happy about that!"

Before Time

Noiz stood upon the new world and looked upon it in disgust. There was creation and destruction, but there was no true conflict between the two. No true contempt of each other, no true violence, no true wrath and bloodlust. Noiz silently raised Execustus, his cosmic axe, and slammed it upon the new world. A fissure opened across the surface of the planet and Noiz rose his fist over the fresh opening of the earths crust. The air around Noiz began to dry and heat up. Then a steady waterfall of blood burst from Noiz's armored fist and outed into the fissure. Noiz then than began screaming in a forgotten, grating and agonizing language in a voice do loud that it echoed across the planet. As the creatures of the world heard his voice they started to go mad. Mates tore at each others hides, mothers devoured their children and the trees thrashed their branches about. As Noiz finished his horrid prayer so did the bloodlust of the new worlds creatures. The waterfall of blood ceased to pour from his fist and the fissure closed. Noiz chuckled darkly as the emotions of wrath and bloodlust embedded themselves into the minds of every living thing in the new world.

2012 AD

Noiz was reluctant to answer the chief god's call. Noiz figured that Proselyte knew what his answer would be. Smash them to pieces. Noiz thought. Make something new, something more violent. If Noiz could smile he would at the thought of creating a more violent universe, one where the people would worship true gods like him instead of these 'peaceful' replacements the mortals dreamed up. Noiz wandered his lifeless, hot and blood soaked, domain as he thought of creating his own universe. Noiz concentrated and the blood flowing from the cracks of his armor began to rise and form an orb above his head. Noiz focused harder and the blood started flowing faster, increasing the size of the red, glistening ball over him. Unfortunatly for the potential world, Noiz had already run out of patience, he summoned his axe and it burst from the world of blood and flew into his hand. Noiz grew himself in stature until the sizable ball of blood was the size of a goofball to him. Noiz raised his axe and in one blindingly fast strike he obliterated the red planet into a fine red mist. Noiz grunted and decided that he would need the other gods help to make new world to burn. Noiz gathered his strength and transported himself to the domain where the gods met and looked upon his fellow gods and goddesses. Noiz simply glared at the other dieties and said in his grinding voice "Well, you've already started a fight and didn't think of inviting me. Typical." Noiz then rise his axe into the air and said "Be ordered or you shall bear witness to the wrath of the forerunner of battle."

"You're not real," said Mary. "You're not!" She covered her ears and closed her eyes.

Geomboa sighed. "I know you may not want to believe it," he said. "A lot of humans, even some demigods, don't believe in the Gods anymore. I'm lucky you exist. You have your mother's eyes."

"Y-you know my mom?" she said. "How? And if you are really my father, name one fact about me that no one besides my family and friends know." She stood up and put her hands on her hips.

"Yes, I know her," said Geomboa. "And you were born 12 March 1994."

before time
He hadn't decided on a Name yet, but he existed, most certainly. and he waited for the others to be done. he examined the new world. it was a bit rough around the edges, a bit imperfect, but's that the way it should be. perfection cannot be exploited, or tricked.
he gently flew through earth, looking for hidden places the others had forgotten, places ignored. in each of these places he descended, and made several scratches into the ground. this repeated millions of times, and then he arose over the world. he was sure his fellows would find out, one day, what he had done, but that was for then. as far as he was concerned, the world was done. the fun could begin.
he descended onto a likely lady while she slept, and awoke her. he had his way, and then taught her some of the tricks he had learned, ways to trick the laws and the universe itself. she asked him his name. he considered. he said that his name was tric. it seemed to fool her.

somewhere in california
John walked knocked on the door, and soon she came. as soon as she had seen him, she tried to slam the door shut. but she found that she could not. one could always keep the door closed on john, but could never close it. He casually strolled into her living room and fell onto the couch, as he had years ago. She hadn't aged well. at least she hadn't moved. that would have made things so much harder.
she sat down on the plush chair opposite the couch. he noticed she had a metal contraption next to her, to help put her shoes on.
He waited for her to talk. John never started the conversation. it took about 5 minutes, quick by her standards.
"where's my son?" she asked, trying to hide the anger and failing.
"our spawn is safe, trust me. but you aren't yet. things are moving far too fast for me to personally protect you." he handed her the book. "take this, read it, learn it. it has instructions to help you avoid dying here. as long as the planet is still around, you should be as well."
he stood up, and started to leave.
"wait!" she called. John froze. before he could talk, she did. "that's your bag. the special one. you have alot of these things. who else it getting them."
"those that need to be safe." he responded, and left before she could stop him again.
the woman looked at the book, and casually flipped through the pages. then she turned to the first page. so fascinating.
5,973 books left.

Pan'deimos was frustrated. If Malice was going to preemptively kill the humans, he had to do it subtly! Pan'deimos knew that Chaos and diseases were very similar, they both inevitability corrupted and perverted everything, they both were considered evil by the other gods, and they both worked best in the shadows, manipulating their enemies into shutting themselves down. Malice was going to fail, that he knew, but if Pan'deimos destroyed Malice, he would gain the other god's trust. "Baupet, we will discuss this later. Sarah will remain here, until we decide whether or not to imprion, kill or free her. For now, let's go kick some Great Unclean ass." Pan'deimos seemed to break into several different pieces, and the pieces seemed to gain a mind of their own, absorbing each other like a group of cannibalistic amoebas until they all disappeared.

New York

A voice rang out over the New York skyline. "Malice! I came here to spread an unholy doctrine of chaos and war, and I came here to kill Plague Warriors!" A column of fire rose in the middle of the street, spiders and snakes pouring from the flame on to the street. The column twisted and opened, revealing the fifty meter tall godly might of Pan'deimos. "And I'm all out of unholy doctrines." He twirled his, now colossal, sword in his one hand, and tried to find the disgusting form of Malice. "Come out, come out wherever you are... I want to make this fight as quick as possible, I didn't have time to prepare any disease-based humour."

Al Perun sat perched on his air throne, crackling electricty surging around him. There was a wide beautiful view of the Midwest US all around, his playground. Here he tested his ideas, making substance to grander and more destructive storms. All the other gods were idiots, none more so than his fool brother god of light. But then it was a central part of Al-Perun to judge, and the blasphemous humans destruction and rape of his own creation did nothing to help his disposition. But then, humans had little interest of balance anywhere, not just Al-Perun's own illustrious realm. Filth carbon dioxide, such a useless gas. It didn't even cause erosion! Denying Al-Perun the ability to destroy things was the worst insult the humans had to offer

Merva ceased his increasingly ignored attacks- they always overlooked a humanoid to a dragon, didn't they- and floated over towards Pan'deimos' head, the human-sized god pausing by the oversized appendage. He always did prefer staying at a smaller size, it would just look strange to alter his size too much, and he preferred to leave the shock-and-awe tactics of his brethren to his illusions, not his outfit choices.
"Ah, Pan. Nice to see you..." He nodded. "...Looking for the giant spitball, are we?" He rolled his eyes, holding his staff behind him and perching on as one of those human 'witches' would on a broom. He couldn't really stand the stench any longer, it was about time it was... set on fire, or something. He wasn't too sure. But Malice wasn't going to listen to anyone, so he supposed he'd have to take more of a supporting role... After all, there wasn't much he could do offensively with his illusions, compared to the capacities of the others who were arriving. But support?

He could do that.

"I'll be watching over you," Geomboa said. "Ssstay safe." Then he cut the connection. "Sssince I want humanity to start over," he said to himself, "I might asss well create sssome dessstruction." He went back the way he came to the surface and changed into human form. Geomboa headed into Caracas.

Once there, some people recognized the sceptor and orb and ran away. Smart people, Geomboa thought. He went to the center of the city and, with the Fang Sceptor of the Geosphere, sat down with his hands open and the sceptor on them. He started a chant in the language of snakes and floated. Geomboa, after saying the last word, released a bunch of snakes and an 9.5-earthquake upon the city. The God started flying and laughing.

xD Try imagining him in his God form (which is a snake form) and flying...

England, 951 A.D.
Adhan could only imagine the pain He would have felt, had he not already nullified the torture spells. he spasmed, certainly, to give the impression of pain. it made quite a show. Myrddin let the spell go and slumped, exhausted.
"how could you do this? use us? use everything, like a pawn?" Myrddin asked, bristling.
Adhan smiled. "it is simply me. it is what I have done, am doing, will do."
"But I stopped it."
"Yes. this time, you did."
the wizard considered this. "I don't think I ever knew what you are. you claimed to be human. to be a friend, a mentor. but you're something else. something filthy, corrupted."
"I never claimed to be anything. you assumed."
"whatever you are, it doesn't matter. I have stopped your plan, now i'll stop you." Myrddin jabbed a finger into Adhan's chest, unleashing several spells of castle-demolishing strength. nothing happened. Adhan smiled, laughed, and then attacked. an hour later, Myrddin lay on the ground, covered in countless wounds of his own making. each time Myrddin had fallen for a trap there always seemed another way out, but it had always been a lie. it had always been a trick. and now Myrddin just could not bring himself to keep fighting.
Adhan sat next to him, dagger in hand. "you know, maybe teaching human's magic was just never a great idea. you people just get too darn good at it. I think I can call this experiment failed." Adhan walked out of the room, and dissapeared.
Myrddin didn't move. there was nothing stopping him from leaving, but he didn't know that. so he waited. and eventually, he bled out in his little basement arcanum underneath the great castle.

somewhere in northern canada
John walked out from the hut, and heard the rustling of paper. this one had not been able to resist the urge for even a few seconds. already almost all of North America was done. 5825 books left.

Proselyte sighed and slowly changed in shape and color. He became purple and shrank to the size of a large octopus, transparent as a ghost. Proselyte turned towards Sarah and spoke to her.

"I will attempt to keep the humans alive, but they must be punished. They have murdered countless creatures as sentient as your theirselves. You have a brother. Find him. His name is Randall. He too, is my son. You'll recognize him by the true Indigo Ring of Power." Proselyte said to her.

As he left the Realm of the Gods, he sent Sarah back to the White House.

NYC

"Malice, you fool." was all he said as water rushed up from around the island.

The water followed Proselyte through the streets, flowing in such a way they caused no damage.

In the beginning...

In the beginning the gods created the universe, and within the universe the stars and all that hence came, came from them. Varius gods peered into the process of creation, manifesting there own ideas and thoughts into reality. Thus Earth was formed, then the planets, then the animals and finally Humanity. The god Kash, a being of white light flew through the void and took his place among his brothers and sisters. There he gazed upon them for a long while, not muttering a word to his other gods.

As they were created and they began there lifes, Kash reached into the pool of creation and fiddled about for a moment then withdrew his divine hand. Within the Human mind he had implanted loyalty to counteract dissent, through this sacrifice was fashioned for those who would do what it took to show loyalty and thus once these things combined came Kash's greatest gift to man, and perhaps the greatest gift of all the gods to give them....salvation. The idea that what Humans did in life, even staring death in the face, they would feel that what they did was necessary and be comfortable with even there own undoing. He was light at the end of the tunnel, the mother sacrificing herself for her children, the father coming to the rescue of his son.

He was a neutral god, for loyalty was held by all humans, even killers could be loyal to a banner or bond, sacrifice was no different. The afterlife was left to another god who worried for dust of there beings, there souls. From his emperyal form there came angels who were his warriors and his bringers of salvation, totally loyal, totally willing sacrifice themselves. Then the glowing being of light left the other gods to themselves and watched from from a gloomy corner of the maelstrom of creation.

2012

Kash had been at the meeting and was watching what was going on. They had wanted to destroy Humanity and that was something that Kash had cared for but he wasn't ready to speak yet, his mind was calm, ultimately man might need to be sacrificed which would still be doing his work in a degree, however this was unacceptable. The audacity and aggressiveness of some of the gods was unbearable but he kept his voice silent. Clearly reason would not sway enough of them. He sat in the room with the other gods and felt the destruction that Malice was causing, many sacrifices were being made to protect peoples families from the plague creatures, loyal Humans defending each other, even now he muttered soft whispers of salvation into there ears, telling them that they did good and they could let go and head for the afterlife. He was the quietest of the gods and sat in a corner to himself in silence, caring for man.

Lex- the God of Law and Order (no, not that stupid mortal television show).

Lex had been the provider of "everlasting" order and lawfulness. And as such, the god was also largely opposed to violence, chaos, stupidity, and destruction, not to mention the many other things that were not to his liking. But currently he was unaware of such horrid chaos and lawlessness that was carried on out on earth by gods like him but not like him. Most of the time choas and lawlessness would stay well below the danger point, only so few times did it jump so high. The last time it did that was in 2001, and the dates between 1914 and 1945.

But today it would spike far higher than ever before, to a most divine height. Lex had been hard at work in his court, he was writing a daily schedule for next month, it was part of his daily schedule to do so. But an alarm clock like device suddenly went off, which had been sitting on the god's desk. The alarm clock thing was the Chaos O' meter, a indictator of how much chaos and order was in the universe of all beings, the normal indication of the device was 3 or 4, 5 being the point of too much choas in the world, now it had shown him 20. Lex didn't even know that it could go above 7.

The God of Order stood up, reframing from anything he was previously doing (which was quite chaotic for Lex), and briskly walked from his court room to the surveillance room. He saw that there were other gods fighting themselves and the humans down in the United States, and this was a great shock to Lex, his brothers and sisters were fighting each other (which in a extremely major event like this, hadn't happened in quite a long time), and they were doing so on the mortal plain. This could only be the work of one person...... Pan'deimos, that son of a bitch of a God of Chaos.
How did I get this gay?

Caracas, Venezuela 2:40 am
Geomboa started to raise the intensity level of the earthquake in Caracas and then he flew south to Cape Horn. On the way, he caused random earthquakes in Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Argentina.
Cape Horn 7:32 am
Once at Cape Horn, South America, he caused another massive earthquake and released more snakes. The Earth God raised the intensity once more and left for the border of Peru and Chile. He continued more 'quakes along the way.
Peruvian/Chilean Border 12:56
At the Peruvian/Chilean border, Geomboa created one final massive earthquake.

Geomboa chuckled. Such destruction, he thought. Then he headed for Asia.

Giving the waters the order to capture Malice and restrain him, Proselyte headed for Asia. He wished to check up on a Mercolony. As he headed that way, he thought about what all had happened in the last 16 billion Earth years.

The Sumerians were the first to corrupt the truth of the Gods, and after that, it wasn't long before others followed their lead.

"Enough is enough."

Chicago, IL

The humans had thrived here, having built a living, breathing metropolis upon the shrine of Baupet. For millenia he had watched them, and for the last century or so, his ear had tuned to the city above as it grew. As he listened to the humans, in all their lies and truths... suffering and triumph, heartaches and loves. He heard it all, and it occurred in bounty above him. He grew fond of the billions of messages that raced over him everyday, and he took them to heart in every verse. Baupet had fallen in love with the information-based society of humanity, and now, he would defend what they have created at all costs.

"Humanity will not be punished. I won't let it."

UPS Headquarters, Chicago

A box smashed into the ground, and a startled man falls unto his rear. As a massive shadow was cast over him, he, and several hundred thousand others, looked as a massive figure began to materialize in the sky. A bright, ambient purple light cascaded across the city, as a figure growing 50-meters in height from base to head emerged. Its ability to float, apparantly on thin air, put its skull-shaped head easily at a height of 100 meters. Its hollow eyes twinkled, and it sat silent for a mment among a chorus of car horns and chaotic sounds. And then the panic set in, and the screaming started; but not for long.

With great precision, the god loosed forth a telepathic message to all the humans around.

"Do not fear me; for I am here for thy salvation, humans." His deep voice echoes in their heads. It's massive, yet soothing-- The message feels to them as if it came from a grandfather. A nd though their minds tell them to panic at the sight of the massive, black being, their hearts implore them to stay and listen. "I am Baupet, God of Messengers and Honesty, Forgivenss and Revenge." the god states, expanding his web to all human minds, speaking not in any human language, but in the language of souls; something humans universally understood. "I come with a warning. There are Gods among you; beings who created this world, and you, many years ago.And now, many wish to destroy you. But do not fear; for I have pledged unto thine race my allegiance."

Instantly, thousands upon thousands of messages bombarded the God's mind, and he shot thousands upon thousands of messages to answer them; always truthful and understanding. "Though many Gods are tricksters; my gaze perceives all truths. Though they are powerful, I am as strong as any of they. Humanity, I ask that you prepare, for War shall come to you, as it has arrived on the streets of your great city of York."

The twinkle in the eyes of the skull gleamed again, and the wrappings that made his flesh began to unravel. Slowly, Baupet raises upward, his limbs pulling out. "I will fight alongside thee; and until my last breath I will make sure humanity is never silenced." The mummified form is partially unraveled, and a pair of massive, elongated limbs span outwards like wings, followed by another pair. An aurora of purple streaks across the sky as Baupet rests himself just above the visage of the Sears Tower, displaying his Core wide for all humanity to see.
