Monfrox's artifact decided to take a different approach. It showed a very painful memory now. She was running through a forest in the Zone. Panting and scraping by every tree she could before she tripped. She turned over to see a bloodsucker uncloak right in front of her. It jumped onto her and wrapped it's tentacles around her neck as she struggled to get her knife free. She felt the teeth sink in and she took a sharp breath as her eyes rolled to the top of her head. A bullet struck the bloodsucker's head, but not before she had just passed out.

Swith finds himself wondering why they don't just leave the artifact as is for a while... let it stew. It was pretty, and would make a good paperweight, and the Talking Head would have a desk companion.

He shrugged and watching Bran go to the roof, waiting to see what it would do next.
